Research objective: campus fitness ball is a new project,From May 2013 to June 29,2013,with the support of Hebei Tedi Sports Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.,led by Professor Liu Zhihong,School of Physical Education,Hebei Normal University,From May2013 to June 29,2013,I led a scientific research team of 11 expert professors and 16 graduate students,and as a research class,I created "Nine sets of aerobics".As a teacher of aerobics,I played my special skills.According to the teaching demand of vocational high school students,and adopting the integrated teaching mode of inside and outside class,the teaching basis,teaching purpose and teaching process of the integrated teaching mode in and out of the class are discussed through the teaching experiment of 18 weeks-hip-hop undefined aerobics in and out of class.The teaching mode,necessary conditions,teaching evaluation and so on are analyzed in detail,and the effects on students-undefined physique,mental health and learning interest are analyzed and studied in this paper.Research methods: document method,video observation method,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method and data statistics method.Research effect: The integrated teaching mode plays an active role in improving students-undefined physical quality,The effect of speed quality,flexibility quality,strength quality and other aspects of quality improvement is more obvious.The integrated teaching mode played a significant role in somatization,interpersonal relationship,anxiety and paranoid mental health.Under the integrated teaching mode of inside and outside class,the students practice infinitesimal aerobics for a longer time.On the basis of cultivating their interest,they can feel more deeply the sports value of the aerobics,and improve their psychological state in the process of imperceptible imperceptibility.Under the traditional teaching mode,students passively accept the infinite aerobics,and their interest and enthusiasm need to be improved.thus affecting the Wuji aerobics to play a positive role in psychological regulation.The integrated teaching mode in and out of class combines classroom teaching with extracurricular practice,and attaches importance to the cultivation and guidance of students-undefined learning interest.Therefore,under the integrated teachingmode,the range of students-undefined interest in learning in the experimental group is more obvious.Research conclusion: The integrated teaching mode increases the practice time,enriches the teaching form and cultivates the students-undefined interest in sports,so the effect of teaching effect is more remarkable.The conclusion of the study is that the integrated teaching in and out of the class increases the practice time,enriches the teaching form,and promotes the students-undefined physical and mental health.The cultivation of interest and the enhancement of teaching effect all play a positive role. |
