Study Of The Management Of Primary School Classes Under The Background Of New Media

In the era of new media,primary school students have more diversified and convenient ways to receive information,which has led to great changes in students' thinking and behavior.Primary school head teachers should adapt to the changing needs of class management concepts,combine students' ideological and behavioral reality,and actively guide them to study happily and grow healthily.Based on the investigation of the actual use of new media by the teachers,students and parents of several primary schools in the county where the author is located,this paper begins with a clear understanding of the characteristics,status quo and problems and challenges of primary school class management under the background of new media.Then find out the effective countermeasures to implement education management of primary school classes under the background of new media.In this paper,questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature method and comparative analysis method are used comprehensively,and the overall structure of this paper is divided into three main parts.The first part discusses the necessity of primary school class management innovation under the background of new media.With the comprehensive promotion and popularization of new media technology in various fields,the rich and colorful contents of new media have brought positive influences on education management of primary school students,but also brought many unfavorable factors.Primary school class management under the new media technology environment includes four main contents: learning management,discipline management,life management and information release.The application of new media technology not only changes the traditional class management mode,but also brings new challenges to education workers and puts forward new requirements for the reform of primary school class management mode.Primary school class management innovation is the internal demand of education mode to promote self-education by external constraints,the inevitable requirement of education goal to transform from knowledge infusion tocomprehensive development,and the inevitable choice of education management to guide by implementing supervision.The second part discusses the current situation of primary school class management under the background of new media.On the whole,the hardware construction of the school's new media environment is in place.Under the background of new media,the characteristics of primary school class management are diverse,including the diversity of management methods,the richness of management content and the continuity of management activities.However,under the background of new media,primary school class management is confronted with problems such as lagging management concept,great management pressure,aging management mode,and insufficient education of ideology and politics.The third part expounds the effective countermeasures to improve the primary school class management under the background of new media.The author based on the investigation of the relevant problems,combined with the full text,put forward the following countermeasures.First,teachers should adhere to improve their own,in the face of endless new technical means,new education concept,new ideas,new things,and the primary school head teacher in all aspects of quality requirements more;Second,we should constantly expand the ways of teacher-student interaction,strengthen teacher-student communication,establish a class platform and make good use of the information platform.The third is to enhance home-school communication,pay attention to the participation of parents,strengthen home-school communication;Fourth,it is necessary to strengthen the role of positive guidance,strengthen students' positive guidance,enhance the civilized concept of new media,and guide students' self-management.
