The training work of swimming skill and movement ability of school-age children is not only the basic project stage of our country's sports enterprise,but also the source project of transporting the seedlings well for our country's high-level swimming sports teams.It is a powerful guarantee for gradually entering the sports power and providing continuous reserve talents.The basic sports ability training of swimming for school-age children is of great significance for improving the skill level of swimming.Taking into account the long-term development model of the entire sports cycle and athletic ability of young swimmers,while giving full consideration to the characteristics of children between the ages of 7 and 12 in their physical and mental development,we will carry out systematic and scientific basic physical training.It will lay a good physical foundation for the special training for entering the youth.On the other hand,fostering children's interest in and liking for swimming projects and promoting them to maintain sufficient intrinsic driving forces in long-term swimming training so as to fully guarantee the systematic,comprehensive and balanced growth of children at critical stages of physical development.It can also promote the formation of physical health and positive life concepts by participating in swimming exercises.The early specialization of swimming training for children of traditional school age in our country failed to fully comply with the order and stages of physical and mental development of swimming children aged 7-12 years,resulting in the shortening of athletes 'sports life span,and it is difficult to achieve long-term development of athletes and the formation of positive life concepts.7-12 years old swimming training oriented utilitarian trend,committed to achieving higher sports performance in the short term,resulting in the destruction of the systematic development of the mobility of 7-12 years old swimming children,it is difficult to achieve high-quality long-term development.The training of 7-12 year old swimming children focuses on physical training and light skill training,ignoring the characteristics of the physical and mental development stage and the formation of themovement mode of 7-12 year old swimmers,and failing to grasp the quality sensitivity period of school-age children swimming players.Therefore,how to take the long-term development of athletes 'competitive ability as the goal,combining the physical and mental development characteristics of swimmers during the school-age children's period with the swimming movement model,It is an urgent task in our country to design scientific,systematic,efficient and interesting training of swimming skills for school-age children.This study attempts to introduce the Long-Term Athlet Development model into the training of swimming skills of school-age children in our country by reviewing,summarizing and summarizing the existing literature.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,logic analysis,etc.,aiming at the long-term development of athletes 'competitive ability,combining the physical and mental development laws and the characteristics of swimming techniques for school-age children.The contents of swimming technique and action training for school-age children in China are initially designed.The main findings are as follows:(1)The technical movement training of school-age children swimmers is designed at an early stage of the swimmer's entire sports career,fully following the characteristics of the physical and mental development stage of school-age children aged 7-12,and combining the sensitive period of physical development at that stage.Arrange systematic and scientific swimming technique movement training to enhance the overall basic exercise ability of school-age children to engage in swimming.It not only promotes the formation and improvement of children's swimming technique movements,but also can lay a good physical foundation for high-intensity specialized training in adolescence.(2)According to the long-term development of swimming swimmers as a design concept,children's interest in swimming projects will be cultivated from the perspective of the long-term development model of the entire sports career and sports ability of young swimmers.Promote the maintenance of sufficient internal driving force in long-term swimming training,fully guarantee the systematic,comprehensive and balanced growth of children at critical stages of physical development,and alsopromote the formation of physical health and positive life concepts through participation in swimming exercises.(3)According to the characteristics of swimming water environment,the training content of special swimming skills combined with water and land are formulated.Water training is based on the principle of sports chain training,and land is based on the principle of action quality priority.Training on land compacts the basic movement ability and the formation muscle memory,improves the perception ability and control of the movement;According to the water environment,the water increases the resistance and improves the muscle strength under the water environment.The combination of water and land training to improve the basic special technical movement ability.(4)According to the characteristics of swimming butterfly elevation frogs from the four swimming posture techniques,the training content of swimming skills for children aged 7-12 was designed to enhance a wide range of basic motor abilities and nerve muscle control.At the same time,it satisfies the development needs of other physical fitness leading speed force projects,designs the content of land-based diversified movement ability training,promotes the diversification of athletes and the transformation of sports projects in the later stages of sports career,and further stimulates athletes 'sports potential.(5)Sensitivity,speed,balance,flexibility and coordination are sensitive periods for school-age children.Promote the development of sensitive quality with the practice content of changing multi-directional speed and listening signal;The static and dynamic balance quality is developed by the change of fluid body posture.Development of flexible quality by combining static and dynamic shoulder,ankle and hip stretching;Develop coordination quality by combining four swimming postures with each other,diagonal,rotation and anti-rotation exercises.Use foam shaft,pipe rod,floating board,no fixed support,semi-support form to develop special technical action capabilities.
