problems in the establishment,maintenance and improvement of long-term mechanisms in almost every field,especially in the development of the sports industry.As an important part of China’s sports industry,the martial arts industry,in the martial arts performance industry,martial arts supplies sales industry,martial arts tourism,martial arts competition training industry and other pillar industries,can establish a long-term mechanism for industrial development is also a special concern of the industry.important content.Among them,the development and improvement of the children’s martial arts training industry is one of the topics worth exploring.The establishment of a long-term mechanism for children’s martial arts training industry has a strong theoretical significance and practical guidance value.As we all know,the long-term mechanism is a system concept,which includes both the top-level design of things development and the specific practical operations at the medium and micro levels.It can be said that the long-term mechanism is both an ontological topic and a methodological topic.Therefore,this study uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the long-term mechanism of Xi’an children’s martial arts training,and finds the following objective laws.The specific conclusions are as follows:By using the method of literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to have a study on Xi’an Children martial training long-term mechanism,and the conclusions are as follow:1)The human resource management of children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an is chaotic.In terms of recruitment and human resources management,the recruitment criteria for coaches,receptionists and other posts are relatively arbitrary,and there is no labor contract signed,the staff is not fixed,the phenomenon of substitution and arbitrary substitution occurs from time to time.2)The training plan of Xi’an Children’s Wushu Training Institutions is ambiguous.There is only one vague long-term training plan for children’s Wushu training course,but the class schedule for a class is vague.Most training institutions have not formulated the class training plan,and there is no assessment criteria at the end of the term.Therefore,the whole training goal of the trainees is not clear.3)The training of coaches in Xi’an Children’s Wushu Training Institutions isnot guaranteed.After employing coaches,only the completion of class hours and the quality of course completion are required,and there is a lack of investment in coaches’ teaching skills training.In the long run,coaches have a slack mentality and control over the quality of training courses has been reduced.4)The propaganda of children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an is inefficient and ineffective.The ways of propaganda include network propaganda,word-of-mouth propaganda,advertising propaganda,exhibition propaganda,etc.There are many kinds of propaganda methods,but the effect of propaganda is unsatisfactory,which is reflected in the lack of social influence and students after propaganda.5)The trainees in Xi’an Children’s Wushu Training Institutions lack insurance guarantee.Among the 30 children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an,76.67% of them did not provide accident insurance for their trainees.This is the lack of responsibility of the children’s Wushu training institutions.Once the trainees have accidents in the training,the training institutions and families will face huge losses.6)Children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an are not competitive in the market.The difficulty of Wushu project,the difficulty of training,the slow success of harvest and other factors,as well as the poor operation of children’s Wushu training institutions themselves,facing other training projects with faster harvest and better management of similar training institutions,children’s Wushu training institutions are facing the problem of insufficient market competitiveness.Recommendations:1)Children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an should develop towards specialization in human resources management.Formulate perfect recruitment criteria and take comprehensive consideration of post personnel.In order to consolidate and enhance the professional competence,the operators should learn the professional knowledge of the management of stadiums and gymnasiums,and combine it with their own actual situation to make long-term development strategies.2)The curriculum setting standards of Xi’an Children’s Wushu Training Institutions should be clearly standardized.Combining a series of factors such as the characteristics of Wushu projects,the acceptance ability of students and the conditions of training institutions,a scientific training course for children’s Wushu is formulated.The unified standards should be established among all the children’s Wushu training institutions in Xi’an.The centralized assessment method at the endof the term should be adopted.The content of the final assessment of the students should be unified,institutionalized and standardized.3)Operators should regularly organize personnel of children’s Wushu training institutions to conduct on-the-job training.Including technical training,teaching skills training,etc.,to improve their professional literacy,improve the quality of children’s Wushu training courses and institutions’ service quality.4)Children’s Wushu training in Xi’an needs to expand social influence and awareness.All children’s Wushu training institutions can enhance the scale,social influence and social value of Wushu by holding friendship leagues,cooperative exhibitions,high-quality open classes and high-quality competitions.5)Guarantee the personal safety of trainees and the safety of training environment.Through the coaches in the training course to explain in the martial arts sports safety common sense;administrators to provide security for the trainees training environment;martial arts training institutions to provide insurance services for trainees.6)Improve the competitiveness of children’s Wushu training institutions in the training industry.Effective management of children’s Wushu training institutions,improve the level of trainees’ training,learn from the advantages of other training institutions,so as to improve the competitiveness of children’s Wushu training institutions in the training industry. |
