With the popularization and expansion of education,many problems have emerged,especially in secondary vocational education.For example,the decline of education quality and the inconsistency between educational content and the demands of enterprises.All of these are contrary to the strategy of strengthening the country with human resources advocated by our country.Nowadays,the employment ability of secondary vocational students is low,and they can not keep up with the social needs.Secondary vocational students are facing multiple pressures of employment and career development.In such an employment environment,the theoretical study of employment ability has gradually become a hot issue.This paper will take such a big environment as the background to carry out the relevant research on the employment ability of secondary vocational school students.In order to analyze the employment ability of secondary vocational students,this paper constructs a model of the constituting elements and employment ability of secondary vocational students by comparing the demands of enterprises with the employment ability of secondary vocational students.Monte Carlo Method is used to simulate the data,and the simulation results are obtained.Finally,through the actual validation of the effects,this paper provides Vocational Colleges with related references on secondary vocational students' employment ability training and curriculum development.Firstly,this paper uses an open-ended questionnaire.The main subjects of the questionnaire are: personnel and managers of enterprises,instructors of career guidance center in secondary vocational colleges.Subjective questionnaires were conducted among different groups to extract the psychological,competent and behavioral characteristics of secondary vocational school students in many aspects of their employability.Finally,a scale containing 25 indicators was formed.Then,Monte Carlo simulation is carried out through triangular distribution.Ten experts are required to determine the lower limit,middle value and upper limit of the scale,and verify the discrete values to meet the test criteria.Then 1000 groups of random numbers are formed and simulated by eigenvalues and random numbers,and the simulated values are obtained.Finally,after scoring the secondary vocational students with the scale,the results are compared with the simulated values.Summarize and analyze questionnaires,find out the problems existing in the employment ability of secondary vocational school students,and make relevant improvements.From the perspective of social needs,the main purpose of this study is to effectively improve the employment competitiveness of secondary vocational students and improve the inadequacy of employment ability training in secondary vocational colleges.Constructing the research model of secondary vocational students' employment ability not only broadens the theoretical research results to a certain extent,but also offers some references in the cultivation of employment ability and the evaluation of vocational students' own employment ability.In this sense,the study of vocational students' employment ability is worth further discussion in the future.
