The establishment of cooperative and interactive mechanism between Minzu universitys and communities is conducive to the protection,inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.Education has political function,economic function and population function and cultural function,establish a national colleges and universities and community interaction mechanism of cooperation,for the national colleges and universities,play to its cultural function,can promote cultural exchanges between the various nationalities,can let the public to know more about national culture,to help China ethnic harmony and prosperity and common development.The establishment of a mechanism of cooperation and interaction between Minzu universitys and communities not only fits the concept of lifelong education,but also helps community residents to build a lifelong learning platform,and promotes the establishment and development of diversified learning communities in China.China is a multi-ethnic country with 56 ethnic groups.The common prosperity and harmonious development of 56 ethnic groups are the key to the harmonious development of China.In the development of our country,education is a very important impetus.China ethnic composition is diverse,so China education should not only build and develop general education,but also take into account the education of ethnic minorities.China regional development is not balanced,and there is a certain gap between national education and general education.In order to narrow the gap,the development of national education needs the support of the state and the masses.National culture is rich and diverse.The development of national culture is of great significance to the development of national education and the inheritance and protection of national traditional culture.Therefore,the protection and communication of national culture need national culture to enter the life of the public.This paper adopts the theory of multicultural education and the theory of lifelong education as the basic theories of this study to provide support for the research on the interactive mechanism of cooperation between Minzu universitys and communities.This paper summarizes the development status of cooperation and interaction between colleges and communities in foreign countries,the development status of cooperation and interaction between colleges and communities in China,and four theories of the relationship between communities and colleges in China.The main content of this research is the construction of national colleges and universities and community cooperation interaction mechanism and the countermeasure research,I first collected the literature summarizes research both at home and abroad,and then to the national colleges and universities students,community and community manager questionnaire investigation,and according to the result of questionnaire controlled to analyze the national colleges and universities and community cooperation interaction present situation and existing problems,finally summarized research results,formulate national colleges and universities and community cooperation interactive mechanism construction necessity and countermeasures are put forward.This study hopes to provide help and reference for China current ethnic education,the irreplaceability of Minzu universitys and universities,the dissemination and protection of China excellent traditional ethnic culture,and the promotion of life-long education of the whole nation.
