Classroom is an important field for training creative talents,flipped classroom is a powerful attempt to deepen classroom teaching reform,A proper flipped classroom can enhance the adaptability of teaching and realize personalized teaching.Flipped classroom is a new type of teaching mode different from traditional teaching mode,which is based on information technology.It advocates the individualized teaching concept centering on students' learning activities.It is an effective way to cultivate students' core literacy.The application of flipped classroom has provided a new thinking for China's teaching reform in class and injected new vitality.However,flipped classroom is a teaching model based on western culture.Due to the significant differences between eastern and western cultures,it is inevitable for the implementation of flipped classroom in the field of education in China to show discomforts.Only by rationally treat these discomforts and exploring effective solutions,can flipped classroom play its due value.Firstly,literature review is used to summarize and review the relevant researches on flipped classroom teaching mode at home and abroad,the defining the concept of teaching model,classroom teaching,flipped classroom and appropriateness.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the flipped classroom proposed by foreign countries,the origin of the flipped classroom,the evolution of the flipped classroom abroad,the development of the application of flipped classroom in China.It analyzes the flipped elements,and draws a chart of flipped elements.First,flipped the teaching stage,flip the traditional class knowledge teaching link to extracurricular in the form of video,turn the extracurricular knowledge internalization link to classroom in the form of group cooperation investigation;Second,flipped the teaching elements,including teaching subject,teaching resources,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Secondly,the case study method,classroom observation method and interview survey method were used to investigate S primary school in Shen Yang.In order to understand the basic situation and implementation effect of the execute solution of flipped classroom teaching mode in this school.The research findings: the school has created the “1+1+5 classroom teaching mode”,improved the hardware infrastructure,set up the network learning platform space,formed the teachers' wisdom lesson preparation mode,and improved the quality of teaching subjects.However,there are still some discomforts in the implementation of this mode,that is to say,it is not suitable for the teaching subjects,the teaching cultural,the teaching resources,the evaluation of teaching.Based on the discomforts,this paper analyzes the causes of its existence from three aspects: educational culture,teaching subjects,and examination evaluation system.Finally,according to the discomforts in the implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode,this study proposes strategies to improve the suitability of flipped classroom teaching mode from three aspects of student,teacher and support system.
