Research On Communication Management Of Online Teacher Education Training Projects

With the rapid development of information technology,especially from the Internet to the mobile Internet,it has had a profound impact on people's life,work and learning methods,which has brought about fundamental changes in the way knowledge is acquired,flexible access to knowledge,and online education.Born.From the state,enterprises,and individuals,the awareness of the application of online education has gradually increased.The input from all sides has also increased.Driven by fierce competition in the society,most of the on-the-job staff have self-improvement needs.Since they have less time to study after entering the workplace and cannot learn in a certain period of time,the demand for online education is increasingly expanding.Many online education and training companies have emerged due to strong demand and high profits.New competitors are constantly entering the market,and online education has gradually become a large-scale service industry.In the online education and training of many industries,this paper selects the online education direction of primary and secondary school teachers to conduct project communication management application demonstration.The number of online teacher training programs has increased,but the lack of communication management in the implementation process is relatively lacking.At present,the main implementation of online teacher training programs in China is training institutions and universities.However,the application of project communication management is rarely used in training institutions.This paper mainly focuses on survey interviews and empirical research methods.Analyze the current status of online teacher training in China.Which communication management methods are used in training programs,and how to apply these methods to training programs.According to the characteristics of the teacher training program,combined with the actual situation of the online education and training program,improve the communication management system in the training program.This paper uses the knowledge of the project management communication management part to analyze the current situation and problems of the communication management of a training institution online training based on the collection of a large amount of data and information and the various projects that I participate in,and clarifies that the training institution is implementing The communication management shortcomings existed during the teacher training project and proposed solutions.I hope that the construction of the communication management system of the training institutions can be beneficial.
