Under the background of postgraduate student enrollment,the quality of postgraduate education has received more and more attention from all quarters.The evaluation concept of the quality of postgraduate education began to focus on the development of students based on the development of the postgraduate education process.The method adopts the value-added process evaluation centered on“student",which requires the evaluation of the quality of education from the perspective of students.The student s perceived learning environment,practical learning experience,and real learning experience are the main contents of educational quality evaluation.According to this evaluation concept and method,the research is based on the principle that the students are both the subject of evaluation and the object of evaluation.The academic master students are the research object.Based on the relevant research theories at home and abroad,the academic master's research is compiled.The questionnaire contains three parts:basic information,the main body of the scale and the influencing factors.The seven theoretical conceptual dimensions of the scale(instructor guidance,resource support,research culture,research skills,academic cognition,development opportunities,responsibility awareness)and empirical models In line,the reliability and validity are good.After conducting a survey of 351 academic masters,SPSS21.0 was used for data collation,statistics and analysis.The results show that the academic masters'academic scores are not high,and they are at a medium level.Less than two-thirds of the masters are satisfied with the research experience during the postgraduate study.The academic master s scientific research experience is supported by resources and guidance.In addition to the influence of external factors such as research culture and development opportunities,it is also influenced by personal factors such as motivation,learning input,responsibility awareness,and personal cognition.The proportion of satisfactory internal postgraduate students with scientific research experience is relatively low,which reflects the contradiction between the needs of postgraduate students for scientific research development and the unbalanced actual conditions;the proportion of postgraduate who are not part-time postgraduate students is far higher than that of part-time postgraduate students;There is a significant difference in the scientific research experience of master students in the central and western regions.This difference is consistent with the educational development of the three regions.Gender,grade and Dual-Level universities are not decisive factors influencing the academic experience of academic masters.In view of the above findings,how to improve the scientific research experience for academic master students and further improve the quality of postgraduate education,and propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of training units,instructors and postgraduate students.
