Research On Students Of Agriculture Related Majors In Huizhou

In recent years,Huizhou vigorously implements the strategy of innovation driven development.Its business policy and business environment has been gradually improved by the government,and providing fertile soil for young entrepreneurial innovation.But the students of agriculture-related in Huizhou lack of conscious in staring rural entrepreneurship,and their entrepreneurial enthusiasm is not very high.In the meanwhile,they also short of understanding of the related business policy.Through the survey,the students of agriculture-related;s entrepreneurial intention will be affected by many external environmental factors,such as the undesirable policy environment,the imperfect financial environment,the un ideal market environment and the undesirable social environment,etc.And from the survey found that the service consciousness of agriculture,college students'entrepreneurial success stories,personal interest influence less on driving students of agriculture-related to start business on the rural area.Base on Huizhou social reality of economic development,in view of the Huizhou students of agriculture-related rural entrepreneurship status and the existing problems,put forward the following Suggestions:(1)Cultivating the conscious of severing Chinese agricultural works;(2)Improving entrepreneurship education,cultivating the rural entrepreneurship capacity and the entrepreneurial practice ability of students of agriculture-related;(3)Social and campus together build entrepreneurial culture environment,set up the students returning home business model;(4)To establish a home business incentive mechanism and the guide mechani;(5)To strengthen fiscal policy support,broadening the channels for the return money;(6)Establish a platform for rural,improvement of agricultural college students returning innovation service and security system;(7)To reduce the gap between urban and rural areas,improve rural living facilities.
