Abstract/Summary:
China is a multi-ethnic country composed of 56 ethnic groups,each of which lives in a mixed community.Various ethnic groups have bred rich and diverse ethnic cultures in their unique ecological environment and historical traditions.Cultural diversity is an unavoidable reality in China’s ethnic areas.The development of ethnic education must proceed from the actual situation of ethnic education.As the largest Korean community in China,yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture must pay attention to the multi-cultural education in this region in combination with the local conditions and customs,traditional customs and other practical conditions.As the capital city of yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture,yanji is typical and representative in both ethnic education and traditional culture education.With the development trend of the international society with the coexistence of multi-culture,the quality of multi-culture is an important symbol to measure whether a person can integrate into the multi-culture society,and also the core issue in the multi-culture education.In a hundred years of life,preschool education,as the beginning of school education,plays a key role in the formation of multicultural quality.Through past research on multicultural quality research is not enough in national regions,especially study the multicultural quality of yanbian area has a very large space,and study in the multicultural quality of yanbian area are mostly concentrated in primary and secondary schools,the university stage,therefore,completes the multicultural education in kindergarten stage,guarantee the multicultural quality of kindergarten teachers,for the development of the children a multicultural quality lay a good foundation has important practical significance.On the basis of referring to relevant studies at home and abroad,this paper first takes the teachers of five public kindergartens in yanji city as the research object,issues the self-compiled questionnaire on the multicultural quality of kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas,and makes statistical analysis of the survey results.Secondly,the representative kindergarten teachers in yanji city were selected as the interviewees for the interview.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview outline,the overall level of the multicultural quality of kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas was understood,and the existing problems were sorted out.The causes of the existing problems were analyzed,and then targeted Suggestions were put forward to improve the multicultural quality of kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas.Through sorting out the research results,the following conclusions are finally formed in this study:(1)kindergarten teachers with different teaching ages and professional titles have significant influence on their multicultural quality;(2)kindergarten teachers with different educational backgrounds and majors have significant influence on their multicultural quality;(3)the integrated social environment makes teachers less sensitive to multi-culture;(4)lack of specialized multicultural training before entry;(5)insufficient specialized multicultural training after entry;(6)teachers have a high sense of self-growth towards multi-culture.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen the pre-service training of multicultural quality of Kindergarten Teachers(2)Strengthen the post-service training of multicultural quality of kindergarten teachers.
