Case Study On Female Manager’s Of Yanbian Korean

Since China’s great reform and opening-up policy and development of the economics, a huge increasing amount of Korean Chinese women get to work instead of being housewives. What Korean Chinese worked on can be seen frequently and obviously in each field, including street vendors, sellers in malls, outlet merchants, bosses of hotels, firms, etc. There’s quite a huge number of Korean Chinese women being successful. However, in the field of academics, the research of women who is working on career is quite rare, much less the number of ethnic minorities. This paper not only fills the lack of research on ethnic minorities working women, but also provides a devotion to the academic circles. Writer thinks it is. quite meaningful and significant to do the research for the development of society and academic research.This paper’s object of study is Yanbian Korean Women. It uses some survey ways, such as depth conversation, object on each individual career, method of dictating, investigation on the ethnic group of Korean Chinese women in the area of Yanbian. What’s more, this paper stresses on the Yanbian Korean Chinese women who are influenced by the market economic system and Korean culture. Furthermore, this study shows how women managers succeed and get to know the new stuffs as well as experience how many difficulties and challenges. Meanwhile, how much value and devotion they take to the development of economic society is also a point in this study.This paper is divided into4chapters. First chapter is introduction, talking about the purpose and significance of this study that is about dynamic and current state, introducing the method and process of the study. Second chapter is about the design of study, illustrating the selection of the object of the study and design on interview survey. Third chapter mainly refers to the growing experience of Yanbian Korean Chinese manager, taking advantages of individual cases to state brand new opportunities and influence on the managers due to the the reform and opening-up policy and the establishment of China and South Korea diplomatic relations. Last chapter refers to the analysis of the result, which sum up the whole paper and expectation on the managers in the future.
