In view of the support of national policies for the entry of wushu into primary schools,the need for wushu in primary schools,the need for the diversity of wushu teaching content in primary schools and the need for the inheritance and development of wing chun boxing,this paper aims to carry out the curriculum design and empirical research of wing chun boxing in primary schools.This study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,psychological scale measurement,teaching experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The conclusions are as follows: first,in this study,the wing chun course was designed for primary school based on Knowledge,Ability and Emotional objectives."health first" and "strengthening the routine,highlighting skills,quality and refinement,lifelong benefit" are the guiding ideologies;It is based on "student-centered teaching theory";This course has the characteristics of culture,technique,fitness,nationality and interest.It covers five aspects: technology,theory,martial morality,physical quality and psychological quality.The whole course is based on the teaching mode of "interesting guidance,parallel fighting and practicing,consistent fighting morality,self-cultivation of skills,and motivation of performance and competition".The main teaching method is the combination of situational teaching method and practice."Wing chun junior school boxing" and "wing chun single-sticking hands" were adopted as the main technical teaching contents,and "filial piety,righteousness,courage,faith and loyalty" were the main teaching contents of sticking hands.Qualitative evaluation,quantitative evaluation,incentive evaluation and process evaluation were used as evaluation methods.Second,the "wing chun" course designed in this study can improve students’ physical and mental quality,interest level and skill level as well.In terms of physical quality,it can make the strength,speed,endurance,flexibility and coordination quality get more comprehensive and significant development,and at the same time,it can also play a certain role in keeping students in good shape.In the aspect of psychological quality,it mainly improves students’ social adaptability and moral cultivation.Suggestions are as follows: First,while supporting and advocating the introduction of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the campus,the government should strengthen the efforts to integrate resources and promote the standardization of courses;Second,traditional wushu boxing organizations should cooperate with local schools actively to promote excellent programs to schools andpopularize the courses.Third,primary and secondary schools should cooperate with colleges and universities to carry out curriculum development research and improve the scientificity of curriculum. |
