Female schools are relatively special groups in vocational schools.In female secondar y vocational schools,the students are the same gender.Moreover,the students are i n adolescence,consequentlly if the class adviser fails to grasp the physiological and psycho logical characteristics of the female students,the students would be inactive and even beco me rebellious.However,there is still little research on class management for female second ary vocational school students.Therefore,how to improve the quality of class management for the characteristics of students directing at the characteristics of the students in wome n's secondary vocational schools has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes the shortcomings of class management in female secondar y vocational schools through literature method,investigation method and interview method,combined with the particularity of female school management,and analyzes the specific in fluencing factors from school management level,teacher level and student level,and propo ses effective Advice and practical solutions in the meantime.This research shows that Jilin Y Female School exists the following problems in the a ctual class management process:?.Class environmental management in daily management is inadequately implemented.?.Organizational construction is still not perfect.?.Class a ctivities lacks of systematicness.?.Class cultural management lacks of diversification.?.The special management for female schools is not detailed enough.The problems mention ed above are mainly related to the school's management attitude,management ability of the class teacher,the professional level of the class teacher.In order to solve these problems,we can set up professionalization ideas to improve the self-quality and the management me chanism of class teachers and request class teachers to reinforce femaleology and female m anagement research so as to provide favorable conditions for the cultivation of vocational s tudents in China.
