In the process of educational reform,primary schools solve many practical problems through teacher education and scientific research,and play an irreplaceable role.Educational and scientific research activities have gradually become an important way to improve the professional ability of school teachers,and scientific research has become the main idea of school development.At present,the level of primary school teachers’ education and scientific research varies from region to region,and some schools carry out education and scientific research with great vitality.However,there is no theoretical support,broad topic selection,proper research methods and no practical effect.The following guidance and service of urban primary education and scientific research has become an important research issue in school education and scientific research.Taking Chongqing NF 57 teachers as research samples,this research mainly adopts the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,based on the study theory of conditions,such as Maslow’ s hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis,this research mainly studies the city primary school education scientific research,guidance and service status in-depth analysis of the present problems and causes,it also puts forward solving Suggestions.By analyzing the existing problems and causes of NF school education and scientific research guidance and service in Chongqing,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The urban primary education and scientific research guidance system is composed of guidance content,guidance method,guidance opportunity and guidance subject.The main characteristics of educational and scientific research guidance are as follows:emphasizing theory over practice;emphasis on lectures rather than practical exercises;heavy general light special;emphasis on offline rather than online;emphasis on scale over quality;emphasis on one time over continuity.2.The urban primary education and scientific research service system is composed of material security,personnel security time and space security.The main characteristics of education and scientific research service are:passive service;the mechanism is not sound;low degree of attention;lack of cooperation;the service is not standardzed 3.The research guidance and service level of urban primary education both present a general state.The guidance and service level of urban primary education and research directly affect the implementation effect of the project and the improvement of teachers’ scientific research quality.4.The content,method,timing,subject,material,personnel and time and space security of the guidance are the main factors that affect the guidance and service level of urban primary education and scientific research,and directly affect the level and enthusiasm of teachers in education and scientific research.Based on the above conclusions,Suggestions are as follows:1.Educational and scientific research guidance and Suggestions:First,the construction of expert team;Second,guide of the construction of content system;Thirdly,the timing and mode of education,scientific research,training and guidance should be improved to establish a training and guidance mode in line with the actual situation of the school.2.Suggestions on education and scientific research services:First,enhance the degree of attention;Second,clear division of duties and simplify procedures;Third,improve the incentive mechanism.
