In the new era,China's school sports are booming,and young sports teachers are leading the future of the school.It is the vanguard of the school's implementation of the principles and policies of physical education.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have made a number of important arrangements for school sports work,and pointed out: "Strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,train qualified physical education teachers,strengthen the monitoring of physical education quality,and promote the steady improvement of the quality of physical education in schools." As an important measure to evaluate teachers' basic teaching ability,physical education evaluation is an important starting point for improving the quality of physical education in schools.It is also an important tool to evaluate the effectiveness of school curriculum and to test and evaluate the teaching level of physical education teachers.This study starts from the actual situation of young physical education teachers in primary schools,guided by the scientific concept of development,and relies on relevant theories such as education and management.It uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.The three dimensions of the status quo of teaching evaluation of primary school physical education teachers,existing problems and strategies of optimization,systematically construct the evaluation system of teaching ability of young physical education teachers in primary schools in China.The research results are as follows:The teaching ability of young physical education teachers in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City is in the middle-lower state.The academic qualifications,teaching age and professional background are quite different,and the overall level is uneven.Establishing an evaluation system for the teaching ability of young physical education teachers in primary schools,with four first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators.The operability evaluation system objectively and reasonably applies to young physical education teachers in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City to evaluate.The primary indicators of the primary school physical education teachers' teaching ability evaluation system and their importance are ranked as teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation and feedback ability,teaching innovation ability and teaching design ability.Based on this,the author suggests:The content and classification of the evaluation indicators for the teaching ability of young physical education teachers in primary schools will continue to change with the development of the economy and society.Therefore,the determination of their evaluation indicators should be combined with the actual situation at all times to continuously reflect,correct and verify the evaluation indicators.The content of the system ensures the scientific and orderly construction and development of the teaching capacity evaluation system for young physical education teachers in primary schools.This study puts the teaching implementation ability and teaching innovation ability at the forefront.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training of the two aspects of young physical education teachers in primary schools,to improve the teaching level of teachers in essence and accelerate the growth rate of young teachers.Young teachers should pay attention to the training in professional ability,and constantly update the teaching content and form in light of the requirements of the times.Schools should regularly organize professional ability training to enhance the professional level of teachers.More emphasis should be placed on the transitional links of young teachers from students to teachers,giving more space and opportunities,so that young teachers who are new to the position can find their own position and quickly adapt to the teaching work.
