The full implementation of the compulsory Education Curriculum Standard for physical Education and Health(hereinafter referred to as the New Curriculum Standard)and the gradual popularization of quality education have sounded the trumpet for the reform of physical education.The reform of education is carried by teachers.The role of teachers is mainly manifested as: the use of their own teaching ability in the teaching process has a series of beneficial effects on the growth of students in all aspects.At present,there are many researches on the evaluation of physical education teachers’ teaching ability in junior middle schools,but most of them are constructed before the implementation of the new curriculum standard.This old evaluation system is difficult to objectively and accurately evaluate the present physical education teachers’ teaching ability.As a result of the evaluation Inaccuracy may lead to teachers’ psychological imbalance,and can not devote more energy to the improvement of teaching ability.Therefore,in order to improve the scientific and objective evaluation of PE teachers’ teaching ability,this paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy process and logic analysis,etc.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the new and the old curriculum standards,understands the present situation of the evaluation of physical education teaching ability in junior middle schools,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The new curriculum standard 2011)is based on the students’ overall development needs to determine the curriculum objectives and curriculum content,it integrates the two fields of "mental health" and "social adaptation",and pays attention to students’ "interest in learning".Autonomous learning ability and innovation ability.Compared with version 2001,it tends to be "practical" and "fitness".(2)The investigation shows that in 22 junior middle schools in Xi’an,there are15 schools that have evaluated the teaching ability of PE teachers,accounting for68.2% of the total,and 9 schools with reasonable evaluation indexes.There are 2schools with comprehensive evaluation index,accounting for 9.1% of the total,and 0schools with complete evaluation index system,accounting for 0% of the total.(3)The evaluation index system(hereinafter referred to as "evaluation system")of PE teachers’ teaching ability in junior middle schools built by the author includes the ability of teaching design and the ability of teaching implementation.The teachingevaluation ability includes 3 first class indexes,12 second class indexes,34 third grade indexes and their weights.The weight of the first class index is teaching design ability 0.1638,teaching implementation ability 0.539,teaching evaluation ability0.2972.(4)The evaluation index system of physical education teachers’ teaching ability in junior middle schools can provide the basis for school administrators to judge the teaching ability of physical education teachers,and physical education teachers can have a direction on their teaching ability according to the evaluation index system.An increase in emphasis. |
