Internet technology and computer application technology are developing rapidly nowadays,meanwhile remote education and network education have gradually come into people's eyes and become a common concern.In recent years,the network teaching platform has been widely used in colleges and universities,teaching effect and quality are obviously better than the traditional classroom teaching.However,it is difficult to find a education platform appropriate for the teaching of this school's courses as there have been vavarious online teaching platforms on the Internet.Guangxi College for Preschool Education is a vocational college with pre-school education as its leading major.Students' proficiency is at all levels,students' enthusiasm for classroom learning is not high,the school and its teachers do not pay enough attention to online teaching activities,students and teachers have less interaction and are lack of knowledge innovation.Therefore,it is very important to create a network teaching platform for computer courses with its own characteristics.Moodle platform is an online learning platform for free to use its sources.This thesis aims to complete the building of an appropriate platform.First,to construct the online learning platform by making good use of the Moodle;secondly,to conduct functions needs analysis and design of the Moodle platform;thirdly,to modify and perfect the original models by analyzing the curriculum teaching requirements of the school;fourthly,to complete goals designing to meet the needs of the school teaching by modifying the existing functional modules,;lastly,to have a preliminary building of a network platform which is appropriate for the teaching development demands of the Guangxi College for Preschool Education.The main content of this thesis are as follows:(1)To do a research on the Moodle platform and have an in-depth study on its characteristics,main functions of each module and directory structure.(2)To analyze the needs of the network teaching platform.Taking the course "Instruction of Computer Application" as an example,the thesis analyzes the needs of the network teaching platform to be developed,and complete the overall system design,system function design and database design.Based on the needs of curriculum teaching development in Guangxi College for Preschool Education,modules of the network teaching platform include system management,teacher function management and student function management.These modules are able to meets the needs of the network teaching of Guangxi College for Preschool Education(3)Based on the requirements in Guangxi College for Preschool Education,an innovation has been achieved upon the original Moodle,focusing on improving the function of the administrator audit,class management module,the student learning tasks module,Information record,video play module,individual modules,learning circle,notes and other modules.Among them,the administrator module enables the administrator to perform audit function.The class management module can effectively manage the organization of students;Learning tasks management can fulfill the setting of parameters such as"optional course","compulsory course","number of comments","number of notes","starting time and ending time".The platform data center module realizes records of learning,examination,account task,reading amount and other operations,which facilitates administrators and teachers to check in details statistics charts at the daily,weekly and monthly about students' learning conditions through the platform function.Video playback module enhances the breakpoint continuation function of video through the improvement of plug-in.The personal center module can provide quick access to each module.The function of learning circle increases the interaction between teachers and students.Note function is convenient for students to record important knowledge points at any time,so that students can review the course.(4)To test some functional modules,and the test results have achieved the desired effect.
