Higher education is one of the main impetus forces for the society development.Meanwhile,the private colleges are not only the supplement of higher education,but also are becoming an important part of higher education in China.At present,private colleges have many difficulties and troubles in developing,among them,the most outstanding one is the shortage of the talents.Whether private colleges can build a series of scientific and efficient talents incentive system and whether they can fulfill their tasks as members of higher education are the problems to be solved urgently.The essay is based on the comprehensive theories and methods of educational management science,management science,sociology and psychology.After analyzing the present situation of teachers incentive problems in college,especially private college and taking the characteristics of private college into consideration,the author points out the problems in the teachers incentive system of private college and put forward some suggestions on the solving of the problems.The essay consists of five parts.In Part One,the author introduces the study background of incentive problem in college,and the methods used in this essay.In Part Two,the author discusses the theories and concepts related to the research.The third part is based on a survey,the author states the current situation of teachers incentive problems in medical college and its causes.The fourth part focuses on the author's suggestions on the solving of incentive problem,which is mainly about the improvement of the system,including its principles and measures.In the last part,the conclusion is deduced.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper,to clarify the research results and point out the shortcomings of the research.For the study of private university teacher incentive mechanism in China is still in the initial stage,I hope through this research studies related to the further development of casting a brick to attract jade.
