In order to achieve a good performance,the long jump sport has high requirements on the athlete’s own special ability.As a new type of training method,fast-stretching compound training closely connects speed and strength,which can make muscles output maximum power in a short period of time,and can effectively promote special explosive power,physical sensitivity and coordination.It is also very helpful to the change of athletes’ special skills.As a result,the effectiveness and simplicity of the rapid expansion and compound training have been fully recognized and affirmed by coaches at home and abroad.By consulting related literatures,it is found that most of the rapid expansion compound training involves the analysis of explosive power indicators,and the analysis at the technical level is only a macroscopic summary.There is no connection between the fast-retractable compound training used and the special characteristics;therefore,combining the above factors to explore the fast-retractable compound training methods applicable to long jump technology,can this training method be applied to a wider range and improve the special performance of long jumps.Help is even greater.This research mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method to carry out rapid expansion and compound training for 6 track and field jumping athletes of Yunnan University.The training method adopted is designed and implemented in combination with the characteristics of long jump technology.After 16 weeks of rapid telescoping training,a comparative analysis was made of 6 athletes’ long jump take-off technology before and after training,special speed quality and special performance.The findings of this article are:1.The last two steps before take-off;take-off ground angle,kick angle,fan angle;take-off leg hip angle;take-off leg knee angle;take-off leg ankle angle;In the technology,the statistical analysis of the data before and after the training of the athletes shows that the special take-off techniques have statistically significant differences(P<0.05),which indicates that the rapid expansion and compound training can effectively improve the long jump take-off technique.2.After statistical analysis of 40 m,60m,the last 10 m of the run-up and the long-run special performance of the athletes before and after training,the long-distance special speed quality indicators and long-jump special performances have increased significantly,statistically.All of them have significant differences(P <0.05),indicatingthat the rapid expansion and compound training effectively improved the speed and performance of the long jump.
