With the rapid development of media technology and the urgent need of people to diversify their learning styles,the rapid development of micro-courses has been promoted.The application of micro-course is affecting and changing the traditional classroom teaching mode and students ' learning mode,but there are many problems in the design and application of the micro-course,which leads to not giving full play to the promotion effect of the micro-course in the classroom teaching.Therefore,how to design high quality micro-courses to highlight the key points,break through the difficulties in teaching,so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching has become an urgent need to solve the problems of the front-line teachers.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case study method.First,on the basis of consulting and combing a large number of literature on micro-courses,this paper summarizes the development and research status of the micro-courses at home and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics and types of the micro-courses.Second,through self-designed Questionnaire survey of the micro-course in Lvliang City Fangshan County First Middle School application of the current situation,found that teachers in the micro-curriculum design problems;Thirdly,combining with the analysis of excellent micro-lesson cases,summarize and sum up the design principle and flow of the micro-course;Finally,the author takes the Constructivism learning theory and the cognitive load theory and the micro-lesson design principles as the guidance,and selects the two classes of "the Tory experiment" and "the Geopotential" to carry on the case design and the classroom implementation and the research.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the micro-course has the important function in helping the student to break throughthe study the heavy difficulty and realizes the high efficiency preparation.Second,the micro-course will help to further improve students ' interest in learning physics and stimulate their learning motivation.Third,the micro-course helps to promote the professional development of teachers.
