The high school stage is a critical period for physical and mental health and the development of various physical qualities.The student's physical health level is not only related to the individual's healthy growth and happy life,but also relates to the whole nation's health quality and the quality of China's talent training.Physical exercise and sports are important ways to strengthen education in patriotism and collectivism,to exercise strong will and to cultivate good moral character,and to promote the all-round development of young people.It plays an irreplaceable role in the formation of students 'ideological character,intellectual development and aesthetic accomplishment.In many sports,track and field sports have an important basic role.Through track and field sports,students can not only improve their physical and mental qualities,but also create physical conditions for students to participate in other sports.However,due to various reasons,the effect of track and field teaching in high school is not ideal.There are certain problems in improving students' physical quality,improving students' psychological quality and sports interests.This research uses scientific research methods such as literature data method,field measurement method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,and logic analysis method.Some provincial model high schools in Shijiazhuang: 2,4,6,9,23,24,27,41,42,43,elite middle school,Luancheng Middle School,and Licheng Nine Middle School.Conduct investigation and analysis of the form of track and field teaching organization.The contents of the research mainly include: the level of track and field teaching knowledge and ability of sports teachers,the level of understanding of track and field teaching organization form of sports teachers,the selection of track and field teaching organization form of sports teachers,the use of track and field teaching organization form of sports teachers,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of sports teachers on track and field teaching organization form Reflection and optimization of the teaching form of track and field teaching by physical education teachers,students 'understanding of track and field sports,students' participation in track and field teaching attitudes and behaviours/students 'evaluation of the organizational form of track and field teaching.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Physical education teachers have a high level of understanding of the fitness function of track and field.Due to the low interest of students,the comprehensiveness of personal skills,and the difficulties of teaching organizations,sports teachers are not aware of the necessity of track and field teaching and are generally competent in track and field teaching.Physical education teachers are able to recognize the importance of the organizational form of track and field teaching.But the classification,how to choose,how to use,and the relationship between the teaching factors of track and field sports teaching organization are not well understood.Their level of awareness needs to be raised through learning or training.(2)Physical education teachers have a certain sense of choice and ability of teaching and organizing forms in track and field teaching.However,the awareness and ability of the comprehensive choice of teaching organization form and the choice of teaching organization form based on many factors need to be further improved.Physical education teachers are basically able to actively complete the process of teaching and organizing track and field,but the main difficulties in this process are the personal ability of physical education teachers,the low degree of student participation,and the poor application of the form of physical education organization.(3)Physical education teachers 'evaluation of the organizational selection and application of track and field teaching is not high.The main factors influencing the organizational form of track and field teaching are: the ability of physical education teachers,the experience of physical education teachers,the learning attitude of students,the interest of students,the level of students 'skills,and the mastery of knowledge.Physical education teachers lack of effective reflection on the teaching organization of track and field,and it affects the effective optimization of teaching organization.The willingness of physical education teachers to participate in the training of track and field teaching organization has created conditions for further improving their ability.(4)Students have a low degree of familiarity with and love for track and field sports,which is not conducive to effective teaching and learning organizations.How to raise the level of awareness and liking of students is an issue that needs to be considered.Students 'familiarity, participation and interest in track and field sports are not satisfactory,which has a certain negative impact on the track and field teaching organization.Track and field teaching needs to promote students 'participation through teaching organization,and on this basis,improve students' awareness and interest in track and field.Students 'recognition of the teaching organization of track and field sports is low,and according to the characteristics and needs of students,the teaching organization and implementation process need to be further valued and optimized.
