Under the background of global real economic competition,the development level of vocational education is one of the symbols to measure the modernization process and social civilization level of a country.China has paid more and more attention to the construction of vocational education system.In 2014,the state issued the " decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education".This paper proposes to guide a number of ordinary undergraduate to apply technology-based colleges and universities to transform,organize undergraduate vocational education.In the process of transformation and development,the construction of teachers has become a bottleneck factor that restricts the development of applied undergraduate colleges and the quality of personnel training.Therefore,this study examines the current situation of the construction of teachers in applied undergraduate universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The main content is divided into the following five parts:The first part elaborates the reasons,significance,research ideas and methods of this research.The second part discusses the development orientation of applied undergraduate colleges,including school orientation,talent training orientation,teaching orientation and scientific research orientation,and discusses the corresponding requirements for the overall structure of teachers and teachers' personal development: the educational concept of advancing with the times;Understand the frontiers of science and technology,have rich practical experience;Have strong practical application ability and practical teaching ability.The third part through the questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate the current situation of the construction of teachers in three applied undergraduate colleges in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,mainly including the basic situation of the survey object and the teacher 's practical experience,teacher sources,double teachers,part-time teachers four aspects of the special structure,teachers' ideological and moral,teaching,scientific research quality and the recruitment,training,assessment and evaluation of teachers.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers in applied undergraduate colleges and their causes.First of all,it is found that the overall structure of teachers in applied undergraduate colleges is unreasonable.The professional quality of teachers needs to be improved;Teacher management lacks its own characteristics and other issues;Secondly,from the government 's macro-control,social concepts,school management,teachers themselves four levels of analysis of the causes of the problem.The fifth part from the government,schools,teachers,three aspects of the proposed countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching staff construction in applied undergraduate colleges.
