Middle school students are in the stage of the transformation of adolescence,the physiological and psychological changes of students in this period are very rapid,although most of the students in this stage can survive smoothly,but some students will still inevitably face many problems,among which the problems of interpersonal relations are more prominent.Interpersonal relationship is very important for the growth of middle school students.Some students can not adapt well to the development of this stage.They will be accompanied by some inappropriate phenomena,such as the students will become more and more refusing to communicate with others or have the wrong way of communication.In addition,the parents’ neglect of the students,the negative influence of parents’ words and actions on students’ interpersonal communication and the parents’ lack of understanding of the way of students’ communication will also strengthen the degree of students’ interpersonal relationship barriers.After consulting the literature and practice,social workers found that students are not only the problem of interpersonal barriers in the college stage,which has already existed in middle school.According to my experience in the professional practice of social work in W middle school,I found that there are different degrees of interpersonal relationship barriers in middle school students.On the basis of consulting the relevant theories and literature of middle school students,we try to intervene the problem of interpersonal relationship among middle school students by means of social work,therefore,from treatment and prevention.From the point of view,we use social work method to intervene middle school students’ interpersonal relationship problems.The results show that social work method is effective in the intervention of interpersonal relationship disorder among middle school students.Social workers mainly use the service method of group work to help the service object improve interpersonal communication ability,enhance self-confidence,improve interpersonal communication and communication ability.The results show that the intervention effect is obvious and the service is effective.Social work methods can help students prevent and solve interpersonal problems,help students learn to interact withothers correctly and promote their healthy growth.Through this research,I look forward to providing some experience for co-workers to enrich the methods and ways to prevent middle school students’ interpersonal barriers.
