| Primary school stage is the golden age of students’ physical and mental development,and occupies a very important position in the whole life.Primary school students’ academic disability is a common phenomenon,and it is also a problem that plagued primary school teachers and parents.Poor academic performance will harm students’ academic performance,which will cause some negative emotions,such as self reproach,anxiety and guilt.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the students’ academic poor phenomenon,analyze the causes of academic poor,and explore the methods to solve the academic poor.This paper takes Harbin H primary school as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,observation and interviews and statistical analysis,made a thorough investigation and study of Harbin city H primary school students poor academic status,in the grasp of sufficient materials on the basis,make a reasonable analysis of a learning disability,is proposed the targeted and feasible countermeasures.The author adopts the combination of theory and practice,and divides this thesis into four chapters to make a thorough explanation of the problems and Countermeasures of pupils’ academic disabilities.In this paper,the way of combining theory with practice.It is divided into three chapters.It explains the problems and Countermeasures of pupils in H primary school in Harbin.The first chapter is the introduction,including the presentation of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the definition of related concepts and research methods.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation in Harbin City,H primary school students and teachers as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method and statistical analysis method on students’ academic problems were investigated in detail,on the basis of the use of SPSS statistical analysis of survey results,and make a summary.The third chapter is the reason analysis,combing the academic problems and summarizing the reasons.First,because of the poor students’ demands on themselves,including students’ poor learning motivation,serious academic procrastination,the "teaching" of teachers in class and the bad effects of peer relationship;second,parentsand children are short of time and ability,parents and children are short of tutoring time and ability due to the complexity of the family factors,improper management of the parents.The lack of necessary communication;third,due to the poor professional quality of the teachers,including the obsolete educational concept,ignoring the innovation of teaching methods,ignoring the students’ personality and diversified development.The fourth chapter is to solve the problem of academic disabilities.This paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of students themselves,family and teachers.First of all,it is necessary to make pupils understand correctly the poor,reasonable and standardized to study and improve their learning consciousness.Secondly,family parents should give students a good learning environment and company,and parents should arrange their work time and family education reasonably;third,teachers should pay attention to the development of students’ personality and take the development of students’ personality.Teaching methods of teaching students according to their aptitude and individual tutoring,setting up encouraging evaluation system and establishing good teacher-student relationship.In conclusion,teachers,parents,schools and even the society should actively guide students to face academic problems,improve their academic performance,and promote their mental development in an all-round way. |
