| As the cycle of knowledge renewal becomes shorter and shorter,the concept of lifelong education emerges at the historic moment,which requires the ability of independent learning.According to the national definition of postgraduate training objectives,combined with physical,psychological and learning characteristics of graduate students and improve the learning ability,independent innovation ability and,in particular,is one of the important conditions to make graduate students get sustainable development.Therefore,the independent learning ability of postgraduates should be an important issue that educators and researchers pay attention to,but at present,there are relatively few studies on the independent learning of postgraduates.In this study the connotation of autonomous learning,Zimmerman autonomous learning theory model and the research framework as the theoretical basis,write the master graduate student autonomous learning questionnaire,survey of postgraduate course,scientific research and other three kinds of learning contents before study,study,study status quo and problems of the three stages autonomous learning after,combined with the problems and puts forward relevant countermeasures,to study graduate student autonomous learning has a certain theoretical and practical significance.In this study,questionnaires were used to survey the online questionnaires of master students,and 326 valid questionnaires were collected.The data were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The consciousness of independent learning is relatively passive;2.Low degree of autonomy;3.The motivation of independent learning tends to be external motivation;4.In terms of learning content,curriculum learning relies on the materials designated by teachers.In scientific research,it is mainly about reading literature,writing papers and participating in the tutor’s project.5.The learning plan pays more attention to the plan of "content,target,time and progress",and pays less attention to the environment.6.In terms of determination,only half of subjects and scientific research subjects are determined by engineering will,and more than half of other independent learning subjects are determined by engineering will.7.I have a high degree of autonomy in exploring and summarizing methods of independent learning.8.A high proportion of students are satisfied after learning,but a low proportion of students are satisfied after learning.Combined with questionnaire results editing the interview outline,9 to 15 graduate students,graduate student tutor in-depth interviews,according to the results of questionnaire and interview,analyzing problems and reasons existing in the graduate students autonomous learning,main problems are: learning motivation;Not determined enough;Lack of learning method,lack of scientific research method is the most serious,the problem consciousness is weak;Weak basic knowledge;In the independent study of scientific research,there are few books,foreign language reading and scientific research practice.In other autonomous learning,there are problems such as insufficient investment degree,wide choice of learning type and serious phenomenon of naked examination.There are obvious differences in the overall situation of master students’ autonomous learning in different subjects,and engineering is better than science and science.Based on the questionnaire and interview results,the main reasons for the problems in the self-learning of graduate students are as follows: the training mode is lagging behind,and the form is single;Weak academic style and weak grassroots management;Lack of guidance and external constraints;Cognitive bias,poor learning ability.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward in this paper.Cultivate the style of study and strengthen the management at the grassroots level;Cultivate people with integrity and play the leading role of teachers.Set goals and improve your learning ability. |
