Study On The Employment Of Rural Labor Force In Jianli County Of Hubei Province

The level of rural urbanization in China has been improving rapidly since the reform and development.Urbanization has made a series of notable achievements.However,behind the great achievements,many problems have also been exposed.The process of urbanization will be a large number of rural surplus labor transfer to the city,but due to various problems and defects of the system of rural labor quality defects and the market,resulting in the transfer of rural labor force in the process of employment,the various kinds of obstacles,not in the process of employment in cities and towns,from the rural labor transfer,lost the basic means of living,life became difficult to increase the degree of vulnerable groups in society,but also to bring urban unrest.So improve the quality of development of rural urbanization,help the transfer of rural labor employment,they not only solve the problem of unemployment,urbanization is a realistic problem faced by China is the fundamental need to achieve full completion of a well-off society,has important guiding significance for China's future social healthy development.Jianli county economy dominated by agriculture,agricultural labor force resource is relatively abundant,low level of urbanization,but with the process of urbanization in rural areas across the country to promote the level of urbanization,Jianli county has been significantly improved in recent years,the transfer of rural labor force in the number of the emergence of a large number of rural labor transfer.Under this background,how to solve the problem of employment of rural labor transfer has become the key problem to be solved urgently.This paper takes Jianli County of the transfer of rural labor employment situation as the research object,combined with the knowledge of economics,social security,finance,politics and other fields,using the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,empirical analysis and normative analysis of a specific questionnaire,understand the current situation of rural labor transfer for understanding the transfer of labor,employment,employment,social security,government policy support from the rural areas,thus summed up the transfer of rural labor employment problems in the process of exploring rural fundamental reason for the transfer of the labor employment difficulties.
