Through the analysis of previous study on the quality of school life,but we found the study on the master students is not so much.Based on the importance of education of master,the characteristics and social problems,the paper puts forward the research on the quality of campus life of postgraduate students.Campus life of students is in a specific context,so it is necessary to prepare a new assessment tool for the master students.Based on the Quality of School Life scale(QSLS)develop by Australia council for Education Research and Hong Kong scholars Pang strong new translation of the scale and present campus life situation of the master students in China,the writer attempt to develop a questionnaire.The results of exploratory factors analysis obtained from 300 master students' test shows that,the campus life quality of master students is an eight-dimension structure including school identity,campus environment,self-cognition,peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,a sense of accomplishment,emotional experience and personal and professional development.Using the improved scale to research another 630 master students,confirmatory factor analysis shows that the eight model factors have a fitting degree.The Quality of Campus Life Scale for master students have a good reliability and validity and could be used as evaluation tools in higher education.After surveying 630 master students of five provinces by using own rating scale Quality of Campus Scale for Master Students,we get the result that the general quality of campus life for master students is medium.Among of the eight dimensions,a sense of accomplishment scored the highest.After the receptivity,campus environment,self-cognition,school identity,personal and professional development,peer relationship,emotional experience and teacher-student relationship.Among of the variables,there is no difference between family status and the campus life of students;there are differences in gender and whether only child or not(p<0.05);there are significant differences in terms of major,grade,origin and university(p<0.01).Based on the findings of the survey,the following suggestions are proposed to improve the Quality of School Life of Master Students.(1)students themselves:self-knowledge clearly position of themselves and their advantages and disadvantages;strengthen physical and mental quality exercise actively,maintain a positive and optimistic attitude towards difficulties and setbacks,and dare to challenge themselves,improve their professional knowledge and scientific research quality constantly,enrich their campus life(2)teacher's perspective:cultivate students' research spirit and innovation ability;to update and improve the new concept(3)school angle:increase funding for campus facilities,arrange the overall layout of campus scientifically and effectively,and create a beautiful campus environment for students;they should pay attention to humanistic construction,improve the cultural taste of campus,and strive to make students in the environment of natural and humanistic harmony.To offer courses in education to help students master certain psychological counseling office,and often carry out targeted and meaningful psychological counseling or group counseling.(4)social aspects:to improve the fair and just job competition mechanism,to provide equal employment opportunities and for graduate students;the government has issued relevant policies to encourage and support graduate students to start their own businesses,improve their employment opportunities and reduce employment pressure.
