With the change of China’s social development to the needs of talents,education pays more attention to the core quality of the future social talents and the sustainable development of talents.In 2014,the "new college entrance examination" policy,broke the traditional education mode,a youngster previously unknown career education because of its important role in the cultivation of the students choose ability,on the education reform at the front desk.However,under the circumstances of the current exam-oriented education,the education department and school are always on the one-sided emphasis on graduation rates,parents for their children and look forward to continue to increase,students rarely consider the future livelihoods,busy to deal with all kinds of test,for their future development is too busy to think,present the "entrance unconscious unconscious,unconscious,career development,employment without planning,learning motivation" phenomenon.Whether it is to promote the lifelong development of students or promote the fairness of education and social harmony,education is of great significance.It is for high school students,high school is they go to college or professional learning into the social work of a particular time,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and students form professional consciousness,set up the professional ideal critical stage.How to help students set up the long-term development of consciousness,has the ability to adapt to respond to challenges and change,which requires career education gradually by a education concept into specific education measures,become the important function of modern school.However,compared with career education achievement of developed countries,the career education in China starts late,the main research focused on the university level and vocational education,rarely involved in high school,but also for how to carry out career education,most schools are now in a state of groping,and try.Based on the above situation,it is of great theoretical significance and practical significance to study the current situation of education in our country.This study focuses on the current situation of education in general high school,including six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin,purpose,significance and research ideas and methods of this study.The second part is the research foundation,on the basis of collecting domestic and foreign literature,to definition of career education,career education both at home and abroad research and implementation experience,will be the quality of our country education theory,foreign mature theory of career development and lifelong learning theory and high school career education closely linked,for ordinary high school career education countermeasures and Suggestions to provide reference basis.The third part is the analysis of the situation,in ordinary high school in Tianjin,for example,using questionnaire survey and interview survey method,first elaborated the high school students career development include: self-awareness,professional cognition,career decisions and cognitive education from four aspects.Secondly,through interviews,I learned about the development of education in the school career,including the way of school implementation,the arrangement of teaching hours and the organization and implementation personnel;Internal and external safeguards for implementation;The effect and evaluation of the implementation provide the realistic basis for the analysis of the problems,the reasons and the countermeasures.The fourth part on the basis of empirical study,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of average high school career education,and from the social and historical background,education background,system security analysis.The fifth part aims at the problems,from the macro-control of the government,the overall planning of the school,and the perspective of the high school students to carry out the countermeasures and Suggestions of education in the ordinary high school.Finally,the study of career education,reflection and prospect for our country to provide a reference for the further development of ordinary high school career education,enable students to build their own well,associated with the development of the world,and life science reasonable planning.
