| At this stage,the balanced development of compulsory education is increasingly valued by the state and governments at all levels,and the requirements for modern quality education are becoming a trend.Schools and other educational facilities are extremely important components of urban and rural public service facilities,and various types of educational facilities and resources.Scientific and rational planning is an important way to achieve education fairness.The overall level of basic education in Cangnan County is still not high,the development is unbalanced,and the rapid development stage of urbanization is currently in place.The flow of population has placed higher demands on the layout of educational facilities.This article takes the middle and primary schools of Cangnan County as an example to analyze the characteristics and existing problems of educational resource allocation in primary and secondary schools in the county,and draws out measures related to the optimal allocation of educational resources,mainly adopting a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods: from a qualitative perspective,the description The distribution of primary and secondary schools’ geographical location and other educational resources compares and analyzes the differences in the characteristics of each school district from the current situation of the distribution of educational resources.From a quantitative point of view,spatial analysis of GIS is used to divide the service radius of primary and secondary schools within the county,and then combined.The traffic network map assesses the range of distances from primary and secondary schools to residential areas,ie spatial accessibility.Finally,on the basis of statistical analysis,we analyzed the average number of classes,teacher-student ratio,average area per student,and average area of school buildings in each primary and secondary school in Cangnan County,and obtained human resources in the allocation of resources for the middle and primary schools in Cangnan County.Resources,financial resources and material resources are unevenly distributed.In view of the distribution of basic education resources in Cangnan County,the data obtained from the survey and the GIS analysis data will analyze the current level of education resources in primary and secondary schools and the nearest level of enrollment to analyze the current layout of primary and secondary school facilities,with reference to the division of relevant school districts and the spatial layout of schools.Cangnan county education layout plan put forward reasonable suggestions.Through the study of the current situation in Cangnan County,we have come up with three principles and four strategies for adjusting the primary and secondary schools in Cangnan County.Based on the above research,this paper sums up a set of measures to solve the imbalance between the layout of the primary and secondary schools in Cangnan County,the differences in the conditions for running schools,and the imbalances in the modern teaching plan.For the adjustment plan for the distribution of primary and secondary schools in Cangnan County,it is not only necessary to analyze the specific problems in the planning process of primary and secondary schools,but also to use the GIS network analysis combined with statistical analysis of relevant data as the primary basis for the adjustment of Cangnan’s primary and secondary schools’ layout,and to Cangnan County’s primary and secondary schools.The current situation of school districts is divided into judgment analysis.On this basis,the adjustment of the layout of Cangnan primary and secondary schools must be realistic and feasible,and efforts should be made to adjust the layout of the primary and secondary schools under the current problems of over-concentration of resources in the old city,lack of educational resources in remote townships,and continuous migration of the population.To achieve a balanced education in a true sense. |
