With the continuous improvement of the material standard of living,the rural population has been migrating to the cities.A large number of migrants have brought many labor problems to the society.At the same time,they have brought about many imminent social problems.In recent years,the Chinese government has promulgated a lot of guarantees on urban mobility.The population rights policies and laws indirectly encourage more rural populations to migrate to cities.These migrating migrants are in a state of “immigrantization”.They will bring their children to the cities earlier in order to improve their children’s opportunities for future development.This is a matter of both advantages and disadvantages for migrant children.How to effectively use urban resources to improve their own development is of great significance to migrant children and their families.On the contrary,if migrant children do not adapt well to urban life in cities,they will cause anxiety among floating children.It has an adverse effect on their families and society.According to the investigation of juvenile crimes,the crime rate of juveniles has been increasing,among which juvenile delinquent children are not a minority,which has sounded an alarm for our education and society.Therefore,the issue of violence of mobile children as a social problem to be solved urgently has important research significance for promoting the healthy growth of mobile children and ensuring social stability.Through a three-month observation of summer camps for migrant children in the S community in Shenzhen,combined with a questionnaire on behavioral traits of children with violent tendencies,through observation and interviews to identify migrant children with severe violence tendencies and conduct professional work on social work.Services are designed to help them eliminate violence,correct irrational beliefs,and promote the healthy growth of migrant children.The casework service method of social work is used to complete the service process of accepting cases,estimating,formulating plans,implementing plans,evaluating,and closing cases in strict accordance with the requirements of individual case work,and completing the individualized service to the case-handler of the case.In the process,professional theories and scientific methods of social work were used to design clear service goals,and targeted casework services were provided.After 2 months of professional services,comprehensive assessment of the case showed that casework effectively reduced migrant children.The frequency of violent acts eliminated the irrational emotional impulses ofmigrant children,and through the joint efforts of social workers and parents of the case,it improved the family’s family growth environment and helped the case owners establish a good peer support network.achieved the goal of social work.
