The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and the most important interpersonal relationship in education.The relationship between teachers and students will directly affect the results of education.The relationship between teachers and students is mainly divided into two types: authoritarian,free and democratic.Each type of teacher-student relationship exists in our primary school teaching.But among all the types of teacher-student relationship,the most popular among teachers and students is the democratic teacher-student relationship.However,in primary school teaching,the process of forming a democratic teacher-student relationship exists between teachers and students and the lack of communication between teachers and students.These problems need to be solved.This article uses the research method of questionnaire investigation,literature research,interviews and classroom observation,with S city as investigation object,the teachers and students of three elementary school of democratic relationship between teachers and students in primary school teaching present situation investigation.The democratic teacher-student relationship is mainly manifested in the four aspects of love and respect,equality,freedom,communication and communication between teachers and students.Therefore,the first part is to design the investigation plan from these four aspects and conduct the investigation on the teachers and students of the three primary schools,and then comb the survey results.The second part is to analyze the survey results and find out that there are some problems in the relationship between teachers and students in primary school teaching: lack of love and respect between teachers and students;The relationship between teachers and students is not equal.The lack of the right of middle school students;There is a lack of communication and communication between teachers and students.The third part analyzes the existing problems and finds out the reasons for these problems including school,teachers and students.But in the main reasons behind these problems or out on teachers,including teachers' education concept,teaching methods and teachers' time and effort than these three aspects.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons,based on the characteristics of the teaching of the primary school teachers and students,in order to promote the formation of a democratic relationship between teachers and students and puts forward some strategies for promoting,part is the focus of the full text,mainly include love and respect,reflect education subject;Teachers and students are equal,tamping the education foundation;Learn freedom,provide education guarantee;Communicate and communicate,form education channel.This research will focus on primary school teaching the democratic relationship between teachers and students,teachers and students of representative investigation and research,and through the analysis of the results of the survey related solution strategy are presented.Expect this study can give democratic primary school teaching to provide some reference in the research on the relationship between teachers and students,to the present elementary school a glimmer of teachers and students to develop the implementation of the democratic relationship between teachers and students to provide some specific Suggestions.
