Since the development of competitive swimming,it has become the second largest project in the modern Olympic Games,second only to track and field.The development status of these two projects can directly affect the total number of gold medals of a country in the Olympic Games,so swimming programs are increasingly being attached great importance by each country.The development of swimming projects is extremly rapid,during which the training methods and the training systems are gradually being supplemented and improved in the process of rapid replacement.Competitive swimming is inseparable from special strength,which is an important reference factor for evaluating a swimmer.As a periodical project,the training of special forces of swimming should be diversified,instead of a single pull training.youngster athletes are at a very special stage.This stage is a crucial stage for youngster swimmers to lay a solid foundation for development.Arranging reasonable and effective special strength training for youngster swimmers can prevent athletes from being injured in future training.It is provide a better way for athletes to receive effective stimulation of special strength training,to strengthen the weak links in the body,and to allow muscle power to develop in a balanced manner.It can quickly increase athletes’ athletic ability and also extend the sports life of athletes.Therefore,how to better carry out special strength training for youngster swimmers is worth studying.First of all,this article combs related literatures at home and abroad,and combines theoretical and practical aspects to explain the significance of new swimming special strength training interventions in traditional swimming special strength training methods,and carries out related concepts of swimming special forces.Definition.Secondly,based on the relevant theories and the characteristics of actual swimming training,this paper proposes that after the intervention of new swimming special strength training means,there are four assumptions influencing the performance of swimmers compared with the traditional swimming special strength training means,including increasing the special strength of swimmers and improving The stability of the swimmer in the water,improve the swimmer’s main performance,improve the swimmer’s overall quality.Then,this article selected the Yantai City Swimming Team in Shandong Province as the research object,designed a detailed training program for the experimental group of the new swimming special strength training method and the traditional swimming special strength training method,and randomly selected 32 active players.Three months of comparative experiments were performed in two groups to validate the hypothesis.Then,this paper collects and organizes the experimental data,statistics the two groups of athletes stage gains,the total increase in the three-month results,and the variance of the main items,and carried out a detailed analysis,the research results show that the four assumptions are true.Finally,based on the research results,the research proposes targeted scientific improvements to improve the specific strength training of the swimming team,including the introduction of special highly educated personnel,the development of more suitable training programs for the main athletes,and learning concepts for thedevelopment of swimming power.This article provides a certain theoretical contribution to the study of the specific strength of youngster swimmers,and to a certain extent,it expands the study of swimming special strength training.At the same time,this article carries out experiments through detailed training plans and confirms the validity of the hypothesis.It proposes suggestions for improving the specific strength training for swimming teams.It can be used as a reference for future training programs of swimming teams and has certain theoretical and practical guidance.
