Recently,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in China.Under the background of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial quality and the influencing factors of entrepreneurial quality have been studied to provide foundation for the research of entrepreneurship education talent cultivation principles.Based on the theory of learning input and Astin’s I-E-O theory,the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial quality are studied.According to the specific research content,three research scales were constructed in this study,namely:(1)Psychological Input Scale which includes three dimensions of motivation,energy,and focus;(2)Entrepreneurship Education Environment Scale,including five dimensions of planning guidance,ability guidance,emotional guidance,material support,and financial returns;(3)Entrepreneurship Quality Scale,which includes entrepreneurial knowledge,coordination and cooperation,leadership management,and entrepreneurial intention.The above three scales have passed the reliability and validity test,and can illustrate the contents of this study.This research adopts an empirical research method and takes 3 universities in Hubei province as research objects,and collects data through questionnaires.In this study,1,630 questionnaires were distributed and 952 valid questionnaires were collected.Descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,structural validity analysis,correlation analysis,and mediation analysis were used to analyze the data.The results of data analysis show:(1)The entrepreneurship education environment created by the colleges and universities is moderate,which can meet the basic needs of students for entrepreneurial learning;(2)In the psychological investment,the students’ energy input is the largest,and the motivation input is the minimum;(3)In the interaction Classmates have the highest frequency of interaction,the lowest frequency of interaction with entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs,and the interaction with entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs has a significant impact on the quality of entrepreneurship;(4)In the quality of entrepreneurship,students have the best ability to coordinate and cooperate,and their entrepreneurial intentions are the lowest;(5)In the path analysis of the impact of entrepreneurial education environment on the quality of entrepreneurship,the results of "Entrepreneurial education environment→Psychological input → Interaction → Entrepreneurial quality",that is,the entrepreneurial education environment must affect students’ psychological input,and further influence students’ interaction,and ultimately to the quality of entrepreneurship.Therefore,in order to promote the development of entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of entrepreneurial talents training,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Clarify the composition of entrepreneurial quality and promote the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education;(2)Improve the creation of entrepreneurship education environment and increase students’ learning engagement;(3)Improve the quality of entrepreneurship education and rationally guiding students’ entrepreneurial intention;(4)Emphasize methods of teaching entrepreneurial knowledge and improve the quality of teaching staffs.
