In recent years,with the rapid progress of network information technology and the development of fan culture,the emergence and activity of network fans has attracted more and more attention.The Internet meme is actually a special virtual community.The individual in the fan group relies on the network space environment,based on the common interests and the vision,in the interaction and communication and collaboration,and finally converses into a close community relationship.The mature network fans often have endogenous self-coordination ability,which promotes the stable development of self-organization.In this paper,we will take the self-organization of network fans as the research object,and select "TF Daily" as a typical case to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms behind the self-organizing phenomenon of network fans.From the perspective of system science,this study uses the knowledge of self-organization theory to analyze the self-organizing phenomenon of network fans.In made a systematic carding of the self-organizing theory,the author found that although the self-organizing theory group(including the theory of dissipative structure theory,synergetics,mutation,super cycle theory,chaos theory and fractal theory,etc.)research across different disciplines perspective,research methods and concepts also exist certain differences,but their final foothold is to explore how the individual self organization as a whole,and reveals the general features of self-organization evolution from disorderly to orderly,mechanism and laws.In fact,it is the process of self-organization that the network fans develop from creation and coordination to perfect evolution.The research object of this article "TF Daily",as a representative of the relatively typical cyberwork TFBOYS fan coil group,from scratch,completed the dissipative structure of building and maintaining,and meet including openness,spontaneity,nonlinearity and fluctuation of obvious self-organization characteristics.In addition,this paper adopts the research method of network field survey,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and observes and describes the status quo of the self-organization of network fans with "TF Daily" as an example.In the research process,the author found that "TF Daily" has a stable organizational structure,clear division of labor and cooperation and code of conduct.Among them,the continuous interaction and the more consistent group consciousness have had a profound impact on the online and offline life of the members,and formed a high degree of cohesiveness and organizational identity.The growing influence of organizations and beneficial organizational functions are used in fans,and many new members are attracted to them.This paper focuses on the analysis of the key factors that influence the self-organizing operation and membership participation of network fans and their interactive relationship.Combined with the existing literature theory,empirical analysis and interview observation results,the author found that affect cyberwork group of the organization members to participate in the main influence factors are community value and common vision,carefree experience,self-eff-icacy,specification,the member interaction,mutual benefit and organizational trust,etc.These factors exist in the self-organization mechanism composed of dynamic mechanism,organization coordination mechanism and resource sharing mechanism,which affect the orderly operation of network fans.And operation mechanism,organization and coordination mechanism and resources sharing mechanism of the three sub-mechanisms for cyberwork group provides power and lasting operation security at the same time,they also promote each other,complement each other.
