The teacher-student interaction comes into being with the emergence of teacher-student relationship and develops with the development of educational theory.Obviously,it’s an old research question.However,under the overall strategy of educational informatization,the way of communication between teachers and students is full of vitality.Under the guidance of the party’s educational policy and thought,the state has also changed its educational purpose,teaching curriculum requirements and teachers’quality requirements to some extent,which leads to the change in the form of teacher-student communication in middle schools--daily communication will be an effective way to assist teachers in classroom teaching.Therefore,the analysis of the problems in the daily network communication between teachers and students in middle schools and the corresponding guidance research will help teachers grasp the opportunity in the wave of educational informatization and wake up teachers to realize the value of daily network communication to students.This paper starts from the practical needs of middle school teachers to cultivate students’ core qualities through daily online communication,and takes the organic combination of theory and practice as the goal to explore the guiding countermeasures for strengthening daily online communication between teachers and students in middle school.In order to conduct more scientific research,this paper follows the idea of "raising problems--researching problems--solving problems",and is divided into three parts step by step.Firstly,the essential connotation of teacher-student communication is explored on the basis of educational theory,and the role of daily network communication between teachers and students in middle schools is explored in the context of educational informatization.Secondly,combined with the survey data and questionnaire design ideas of other predecessors,the questionnaire and interview outline were made,the general rules were summarized from the special,and the difficulties of daily network communication between teachers and students in middle schools were discussed.Finally,how to improve the environment of daily network communication between teachers and students is described in detail.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the beginning of the whole paper.Firstly,the essential connotation of network communication,teacher-student communication and daily communication is analyzed layer by layer,and then the function of daily network communication between teachers and students in middle school is expounded from four aspects:the development goal of educational informatization,the way of reasonable use of time,the method of building harmonious teacher-student relationship and the cultivation requirements of middle school students’ core literacy.The second part is the pillar of the thesis.Through the data analysis of investigation and interview,this paper expounds the general situation and causes of the daily network communication between teachers and students in middle schools.From six dimensions of motivation,content,method,time,frequency and effect,this paper narrates the situation of daily network communication between teachers and students in middle school.Then,from the teacher’s psychology,the student’s psychology,the system standard and the equipment disposition four Angle analyzes the middle school teachers and student’s daily network to develop the concrete reason.The third part is the direct expression of the realistic meaning of the article.Based on the background of The Times,this paper puts forward some practical ways to strengthen the guidance of daily network communication between teachers and students in middle school from five aspects:the guiding concept of teacher communication and cultivation of teaching mission;the establishment of public order to maintain the communication between teachers and students;the standardization of network media;the cultivation of middle school students’ network core literacy;and the construction of network platform.
