High school students are in a group of psychological and physiological development but not yet fully mature.The heavy academic tasks,severe college entrance examination pressures,and the impact of multiple values in the rapid social changes have led to an increasingly prominent mental health problem.Therefore,the whole society should pay attention to the mental health education of high school students from all aspects,among which school as the main education subject and place has an irresistible duty and obligation to do this.According to the objectives and requirements of the new curriculum reform and omnibearing education,the mental health education for high school students should not be based solely on the psychology department.It also requires the penetration of mental health education in the teaching of other disciplines.The senior high school ideological and political course aims at cultivating students' abilities and attitudes that are independent,self-improvement,and establishing correct outlook on life and values.Their curriculum is highly moral.Therefore,compared with other disciplines,infiltration of mental health education in the teaching of high school ideology and politics is a more effective way.This article is based on the actual situation of mental health education in high school ideological and political education,mainly from the following four parts:In the first part,the definition of subject penetration and mental health education are defined.Then the necessity and feasibility of the penetration of mental health education in high school ideological and political education are discussed.In the second part,based on the survey data obtained and the teaching practice of the school teachers surveyed,the main problems in the penetration of mental health education in high school ideological and political teaching are analyzed comprehensively.The third part summarizes the main reasons for the existing problems of mental health education penetration in the actual teaching process.The reasons for the problems in the infiltration process were analyzed from the aspects of the pressures of teachers and students entering the school,teachers and students' perceptions of mental health,home school evaluations that did not pay attention to students' mental health status,and the fact that class theory was not sufficiently linked to reality.In the fourth part,the feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward based on the education characteristics and teaching reality of the ideological and political course.From the perspective of cultivating teacher-students' enthusiasm for infiltrating mental health education,ways of innovating teacher infiltration,and improving the pertinence and feasibility in teaching,we must find a solution.This paper studies the infiltration of mental health education in high school ideological and political teaching,and analyzes how the different subjects of schools,teachers,students,and families should do in this process and what responsibilities need to be assumed.This will further promote the effective penetration of mental health education,and at the same time improve the teaching effectiveness of high school ideological and political classes and promote the development of students' mental health so as to achieve the goal of all-round development of students.
