School mental guidance is the main path of secondary school mental health education; it is indispensable links in today's secondary school educations. In our country the school mental guidance is putting into practice at the frame "Great Moral Education" and the schools pay unusual attention on the function of the knowledge teaching, all of these make mainland's school mental guidance different from the school mental guidance in abroad, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Since middle of 80's, many provinces and cities of our country have launched pilot works and practical activity of mental guidance and education with different characteristics. Among them, combination of guidance, ideological and political education and subject teaching is one of the common trends. Since 2003,Some middle and primary schools in Guilin has combined the school mental guidance with ideological and political education and subject teaching under the guidance of expert of Guangxi normal university. In the course of constructing mental guidance mode which suit for the local characteristic, the thinking of school mental guidance of "three-in-one" formed tentatively. This thesis viewed from the angle of the combination of secondary school mental health education, ideological and political education and subject teaching and based on the practical experience of some secondary schools of Guilin. The thesis has used the investigation method and document method mainly, try to make his own summary and views on set up the high-efficient secondary school mental guidance model combined with mental health education, ideological and political education and subject teaching, which suit for the native conditionally.
