With the rapid development of competitive sports,China has gradually become a great power of sports,and the competitive sports schools,as the basic link in the athletes' cultivation system,shoulder great responsibilities.The purpose of this study is to provide some reference for the training of comprehensive competitive sports talents in order to improve the motivation of students in the sports school.Mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics,in reference,on the basis of predecessors' research,preparation of questionnaires,the corps of competitive sports schools,180 students,40 staff personnel has carried on the questionnaire and interview.This paper analyzes the factors that influence the motivation of students' culture in competitive sports schools,and puts forward feasible and targeted countermeasures to the existing factors.(1)The motivation of students in competitive sports schools is mainly based on superficial learning motivation,followed by achievement learning motivation,and deep learning motivation is the lowest.It indicates that the students of competitive sports school are more passive in their cultural studies.(2)There is no significant difference in the motivation of students studying in competitive sports schools;There are significant differences in the motivation of students studying in cultural courses between the sexes,grades,specializations,reasons for school attendance,family factors and years of exercise.Girls 'deep learning motivation was significantly higher than boys'.With the improvement of grade,both the deep learning motivation and the surface learning motivation become weaker and the achievement learning motivation become weaker.The motivation of achievement-type learning of Ping-Pong team students was significantly lower than that of other training teams.The more concerned parents are,the higher the educational level,the stronger the students 'motivation.With the increase of exercise years,deep learning movement is in the trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Students who chose competitive sports school because they did not like it and did not like it were significantly less motivated than students who chose competitive sports school because they liked a sport and their parents required it.(3)There are personal factors that influence students 'learning in competitive sports schools: students' lack of interest,goal,self-learning consciousness and effective learning style;School factors: lack of good learning atmosphere,reasonable teaching arrangements and teaching staff;Family factors: parents are not clear to the students of competitive sports school learning culture lessons and the students of culture lessons learning supervision and supervision.Social factors: social stereotype of "sports people" and network culture occupy the cultural life of competitive sports school students.Through the analysis of the conclusion,this study put forward the following countermeasures to athletic sports school students academic motivation: improve the corps of athletic sports school students academic interest: optimize the banding patterns;Improve the teaching level to make textbook knowledge and classroom "live";Make full use of the class meeting,strengthen the students' thinking education;To give play to the coach's demonstration and guiding role;Improve teachers' comprehensive quality and optimize teacher structure;Strengthening the influence of family factors on the study of culture class;To create a goodatmosphere for cultural studies;Reasonable organization carries out the study competition activity.
