Constructive games play a positive role in children’s physical and mental development.As an ancient classic game,constructive games have always been indispensable for kindergarten education.Giving the game material for children is the first condition for the normal development of constructive games.In practice,it is not difficult to find that the same game materials will produce different game effects due to put the materials in different ways,time,and objects.How many types and quantities should be put in,which problem has always been the topic of concern and trouble to the researchers.In this study,we used the experimental method to study the related problems of material placement in structural games.Through the way of teacher nomination,24 young children in the middle class were selected to participate in the study,and the information was collected through video recording.This study also uses observation and work analysis,encoding and analyzing the recorded experimental data by watching videos repeatedly.According to the observation table designed for the behavior of children’s building blocks in the research of Hua Aihua(1998),Dong Sufang(2007)and Wang Ying(2015),the observation table was revised according to the contents of this study.Before the experiment,the revised observation table was used for field observation and the observation table was further revised and improved according to the problems that occurred in the field.The final observation table was used to observe and record the social game behavior,cognitive game behavior,scramble behavior and emotional experience in a child’s game behavior every 15 seconds.Finally,three experimental groups were collected 1440 groups of data,a total of 4320 groups of sample data.The building blocks of building blocks refer to the"CA building scoring system"compiled by Casey and Andrews,and the digital level evaluation is carried out according to the highest level of each child.The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of material quantity,material category and spatial density on children’s game behavior.In the end,the game condition that conforms to the physical and mental development rules of middle class children is explored through the comparison between groups.The results show that the material of the game has a significant influence on the behavior of children’s building blocks.The results show that 350 blocks and 20 kinds of building blocks and the activity area is 1.47m~2 spatial density,which can ensure that the children have enough game space to carry on the works to build,contribute to the occurrence of child cooperative behavior,the children compete for the act of inhibition,the middle-class children emotional experience exerts a positive impact on the role of the middle-class children to help the level of construction,to meet the needs of children in the middle-class to build.Therefore,the study of the different conditions of the kindergarten gives appropriate educational advice.
