Study On Tangshan Social Work Intervene In Campus Bullying

In recent years,bullying and even violence on campus have occurred frequently,seriously influencing the students' physical and mental health and personal safety,impacting the social moral bottom line.To effectively deal with the serious situation of campus bullying and violence,in 2016,The Ministry of education and other nine departments jointly issued?The guidance on the primary and secondary school students' prevention of bullying and violence?,in which clearly stated that our government,school,family and social institutions must work together to construct the work pattern of systematic prevention and control of multiple participation and of both symptoms and root causes.Being an important part of social governance work,social work rely on professional social workers to make use of the concept of social work,skills and methods to prevent and solve social problems,which can greatly improve the professionalism and quality of public service.Therefore,using professional social work to involve in bullying,explore effective practical mode and practical strategies has become an effective way of preventing campus bullying and helping students grow healthily.This paper tries to use the methods of literature research and cases analysis,from the school of social work theory,the practice of social work intervention in Tangshan city campus bullying,for example,in the full study of the practice of social work intervention bullying in Tangshan city,patterns and Tangshan on the basis of the theory of wide-area clinical intervention of social work institutions bullying pilot experience,on the basis of combing the Tangshan social work involved in bullying exist in narrow service range and poor working continuity and the shortage of parents and students to participate in the existence question,and analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of social work intervention bullying is suggested.Hope through this series of research and work,in order to effectively solve the problem of bullying on campus,maintain campus safety and promote students' all-round development,this paper makes an intentional exploration;At the same time,we hope to enrich the theoretical methods and practical results of preventing and curing bullying on campus inorder to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of campus bullying in other areas.
