In the recent years,many social problems permeate into the field of education with the rapid development of China`s economy and society.The problems in campus are emerged,including the growing phenomenon of school bullying,which arises high concern of family,school and society.In response to this problem,documents have been issued from the state to the local government to gradually promote the governance of school bullying in law.Under the background of increasing attention and policy advocacy from all walks of life,it`s an inevitable trend for social work to participate in school bullying prevention and treatment.This study first systematically reviews the research results of current domestic and international school bullying problems,and finds that the current research abroad has been developed adequately and formed a relatively complete governance system.On the basis of considerable theoretical research,it also achieves the application and practical results of theoretical results.Compared with researches outside China,domestic research started relatively late.Although there are a large number of outstanding achievements in theory,there is still a significant gap for actual coping strategies and age-differentiated studies.According to the definition of school bullying by the China Ministry of education in 2016,and basing on the social support theory and some related forum theater methods,this study specifically takes the students' coping style to school bullying as the study object,to establish the prevention and treatment service plan of social work,and evaluates its effect.In view of the main difficulties and deficiencies from both sides of anti-bullying education and theater operation existing in the service,this study puts forward countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of social word service.This case study takes the whole class as the target client to carry out threesessions of anti-bullying forum theater workshop services,including four stages:demand analysis,service planning,service implementation,and service evaluation.It is found that the forum theater does help to promote the formation of friendly atmosphere and plays a positive role in school bullying prevention and treatment,which mainly included: firstly,it expands students' thinking about bullying problems from the perspective of power;secondly,it helps to enhance students' awareness of helping others and helping themselves;thirdly,it improves students' ability of empathy and transposition mind;fourthly,students' experience in anti-bullying study smoothly transformed to real life.On the one hand,this study helps social workers to effectively instruct schools to carry out bullying prevention,and jointly promote growth of students healthily.On the other hand,through practical operation,this study assists social workers `s practical experience and operation skills of using forum theater to intervene school bullying prevention and treatment services,enriches the practice methods of social work area,and promotes the innovation and development of social work services.
