Mental health education of college students is an important part of moral education.The psychological health education course for undergraduates is the main channel for the education of mental health of college students.It integrates knowledge transfer,classroom experience and behavioral training,with its professional theoretical background,rich teaching methods and methods.As well as attaching importance to individual values,it helps to improve the effectiveness,pertinence and sense of the times of moral education,serve the goals of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,and play its due role in cultivating all-round development of socialist builders and successors.The college students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.The level of psychological health of college students directly affects the achievement of moral education and the achievement of strengthen moral education and cultivate people's goals.The requirement of nurturing "Self-esteem,self-confidence,rational and positive social mentality" has provided guidance for the construction of mental health education courses for college students.In this paper,the SCL-90 scale was introduced to take a sample of H university undergraduates.Questionnaire surveys were carried out on the change of students' psychological level before the beginning of psychological health education and at the end of the course.The survey results show that the psychological health education course for undergraduates can effectively improve students' psychological level,especially for students' somatization,anxiety,hostility and obsessive symptoms.The psychological health of students can lay a good foundation for improving the effectiveness of moral education.At the same time,the paper combined with the implementation of the mental health education curriculum for college students in Guangdong Province,and conducted an interview with the teachers and students of the H University students' mental health education curriculum.It was found that the college students' psychological health education curriculum pays insufficient attention to the school management level,and the curriculum content lacks mutual connection and classroom interaction.The problem of limited form,existence of value neglect,and lack of its own cultural basis requires countermeasures to further improve the effectiveness of college students' mental health education curriculum.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the overall concept of coordination reflected in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provide guidance for the further development of the mental health education curriculum for undergraduates in the perspective of moral education.To achieve high-quality development of college students' mental health education curriculum,we must first of all have a clear moral education function;secondly,we must strengthen the mechanism building,coordinate and inter-structure the moral education system at the organizational level,and promote the formation of the teacher team and the moral education teacher.Finally,it is necessary to improve the content system of college students' psychological health education curriculum,and through a variety of classroom interaction forms and teaching methods,the teaching material system will be transformed into a flexible teaching system,and with the help of Internet resources,the time and space constraints of traditional courses will be exceeded.To achieve the extension of classroom education.
