Research purpose: This study investigates the group of middle school physical education teachers in Huai’an City,in order to understand the situation of occupational burnout,social support,and subjective well-being of middle school physical education teachers,deeply explore their correlation,analyze and discuss their mutual regulatory effects,and propose several strategies to reduce occupational burnout,improve social support,and enhance their subjective well-being,To promote the physical and mental health of middle school physical education teachers and improve their quality of life,on the other hand,we also hope that the results of this study can arouse the attention of the education regulatory department to the teacher group,provide certain empirical basis for the education department to introduce relevant policies,and make a small contribution to the professional development of teachers.Research methods: In this study,literature,questionnaire and data processing and other research methods were used to investigate 360 physical education teachers in middle school.SPSS 26.0 software and PROCESS V4.1 plug-in were used for data analysis,so as to explore the relationship between the three.Research results:(1)The level of occupational burnout among middle school physical education teachers in Huai’an City is relatively low,and there are significant differences in gender,age,professional title,and salary income.(2)The social support level of middle school physical education teachers in Huai’an City is relatively high,and there are significant differences in their social support in terms of age,marriage,professional title,salary income,working years,and teaching objects.(3)The subjective well-being of middle school physical education teachers in Huai’an City is relatively good,and there are significant differences in their subjective well-being in terms of gender,education level,professional title,and salary income.Research conclusion: There is a significant correlation between job burnout,social support and subjective well-being of middle school physical education teachers,and a negative correlation between job burnout and social support.Job burnout is negatively correlated with subjective well-being.There was a positive correlation between social support and subjective well-being.Social support moderates the relationship between job burnout and subjective well-being.
