In recent years,China's women's tennis players in the four Grand Slam and other world-class events have made excellent achievements.Tennis develops rapidly in China and the number of beginners has increased significantly. So the study of tennis teaching has become more and more popular and how to improve the tennis beginner learning effect has become the focus of tennis teaching. The effect of tennis learning shows the beginners' proficiency and is also a reflection of the quality of teaching.Tennis beginners make progress much faster than non-beginners,so it is necessary to conduct regular assessment of the beginners' learning effect.Beginners form a large group,in which everyone has different condition as an unique individual and the same teaching method may have varied effect on individuals. We should classify the learners according to different factors, and adjust the teaching methods for the learning groups with different elements(gender, physical quality, motivation and motor skills category),and fully reflect the principle of individual teaching and improve the efficiency of skills learning. The significance of this paper is to explore the relationship between the basic conditions of the beginners and the effect of tennis learning through the specific tennis teaching experiment. And provide theoretical basis for tennis teachers to develop reasonable teaching methods for students with different basic conditions.Teaching experiment uses the method of group control, single blind teaching and test the relevant indicators and make the comparative analysis of indicators, making the following conclusions:(1)Beginners' sports skills reserve affects the effect of tennis skills learning.Beginners who have already acquired the skills of lower limbs' stomping and turning wrist's expanding outward are more capable of learning forehand technology and upper body's whipping skills is conducive to learn how to serve the tennis ball.(2)The strength of the beginners has no effect on learning effect, but the speed is conducive to forehand skills learning but doesn't help to learn how to serve the tennis ball.(3)Self-motivated beginners have better learning effect than those with controlled motivation.(4)Beginners' learning effect is not related to gender differences.(5)Learning interest has a positive effect on beginners' learning of forehand skills but has no effect on serving the tennis ball.(6)The sense of ball is conducive to serving skills but has no effect on the learning the forehand skills.
