Carnegie once said: “a person’s success,15% rely on technical knowledge,the art of eloquence by the 85%.” So no matter in the workplace,school,life,cultivated verbal expression ability is the key to a person’s success.Now the employer needs is the full scale development,has the high cultural standard,the good at communication,the cooperation technical personnel,all these set the very high request to the secondary vocational school student‘s oral communication ability.Therefore the author believes that the training of oral communication ability in secondary vocational schools should be paid enough attention to by Chinese teachers and students.However,secondary vocational students generally have a weak foundation in cultural courses,poor language expression ability,lack of confidence,and lack of logic and organization.Most of the time not clearly express their wishes and ideas,not only that,there are quite a few students in different occasions,don‘t know what to say,in the process of communicating with people,also can’t speak very good grasp the timing and content,often repels the listener.The cultivation of students ‘oral communication ability should start with the actual situation.Flexibly use dialect and mandarin,develop logical thinking ability,and combine oral communication with practical situations to train.At the same time,we should pay attention to the improvement of students ‘humanistic quality,so as to improve the students ‘oral communication ability.In the process of writing this paper,a large number of books,literature and papers have been consulted.Based on the previous research,I have studied the cultivation of Chinese oral communication ability of students in secondary vocational schools.The author adopted the way of questionnaire survey,depth to the class of the school to understand the status quo and the problem the lack of oral communication ability.After deep thinking,we have access to a lot of data,try to find effective ways to improve oral communication skills.The text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,presents the significance,research reviewed,research objectives and research ideas and methods.The second part,through the questionnaire survey,concluded that the students ‘oral communication ability is low.The third part of the author from the psychology level to the technical level,and then to the practical training,the author finally reached spiritual world,and trained the students ‘oral communication skills through layers of improvement.Author lists a large number of student cases,and records their learning,participation and promotion process.The fourth part is reflects on the training effect of oral communicative competence.It takes a long time to improve oral communication ability,therefore,Chinese teachers should be patient enough to design more oral training content that can attract students ‘interest.Continue to encourage students to participate in learning from each other.Improve students ‘oral communication psychology,voice,thinking,practice,accomplishment and other abilities of the promotion.Gradually,the students form a healthy mind,the agile thinking,pleasant communication,which will lay a solid foundation for their successful employment and a wonderful life.
