Cultivating Oral Communicative Competence Of Students Major In Nursing In Secondary Vocational School

Nowadays our society has been informationized and with the intimate contact between persons, accurate expression and transmitting for all kinds of information are needed. So that to master benign oral communicative competence is an essential condition for success .With the development of society, higher demand for nursing staff is put forward. As vocational students major in nursing, they should not only master solid nursing professional knowledge and skills, but also possess oral communicative competence. So that they can remain invincible in future career and development.Based on research of oral communicative theories, current situations of oral communicative competence of students major in nursing in secondary vocational school were surveyed by questionnaires. Students' inferior state of oral communicative competence was analyzed and the reasons were found out. According to past teaching experience and the features of nursing profession, strategies and methods for improving oral communicative competence were explored from the angle of strengthening teachers' oral teaching level and specific measures for students .In addition, in order to improve the teaching quality in oral communication course, assessment mechanism for oral communicative competence was attempted and opinions and suggestions for inappropriate points in secondary vocational Chinese oral teaching for nursing profession were proposed.
