Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Development Of Vocational Colleges In Guizhou Province

Higher professional education has two properties of education and education,and education is the main purpose of training high-end professional talents.The PE curriculum in higher vocational colleges should be updated to make up for the shortcomings of traditional education mode and fully develop and utilize the new curriculum resources.Expansion training,as a kind of "experiential" teaching,can improve the students for jobs quickly after the ability to adapt to the working environment,and solve the problem in the future,the challenge and the process of mutual communication,to achieve the purpose of "to inspire potential,integrated into the team,".Through consulting a large number of relevant literature,this paper USES the interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods to study the present situation and problems of higher vocational colleges in guizhou province to expand training,and analyzes and summarizes the current training of higher vocational colleges in guizhou province to carry out the present situation,influence factors and countermeasures,the results showed that:In the 12 vocational colleges,5 institutions have expanded their training,and the forms mainly include school curriculum,class activities and associations,etc.The development of training teaching is mainly carried out by embedding the compulsory courses in higher vocational education,and the number of class hours is generally low,about 6 hours per semester.The majority of colleges and universities in one,two,semester,a few interspersed in the fourth semester of physical education.Project Settings are mainly based on ground projects and low-altitude projects.High-altitude projects are relatively rare.At present,none of the colleges and universities in guizhou province has a relatively perfect training base,which restricts the development of development training to some extent.Expand training course is the main young teachers on teachers,the level of education and professional title,on the whole,the basic meet the requirements of teaching,but a smaller number of the teachers master project,organizational skills and practical operating ability remains to be promoted,teachers' participation in relevant training is less,the teachers training should be strengthened.The higher vocational colleges that do not develop the training courses are mainly affected by the factors such as venue equipment,students' own needs and lack of teacher resources.Modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the adaptability of the employees and the performance of the work team while focusing on shaping their own image.Expand training can effectively penetrate general professional quality,method of higher vocational students' vocational ability and social ability have a certain effect,higher vocational colleges is one of the effective ways to train high skilled professionals.Therefore training into the higher vocational colleges not only enrich the campus culture and curriculum construction,campus is also play a positive role in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and the related courses construction and development to provide theoretical basis and practical reference.
