The process of rapid construction in the high development of information technology and the learning society,whether teachers,schools,and all levels of government,the public,the Micro-Course degree of concern of the rising,from the beginning to a popularized gradually,the construction and application of Micro-Course is at the elementary and secondary school as the center of radiation gradually to the community.Most of the experts and scholars in China mainly focus on the basic theory and design and development of Micro-Course,there are few studies on the use of Micro-Course by teachers.Because the Micro-Course application needs technology and equipment support,rural areas relatively lack of technology,equipment is also not complete.So it is necessary to investigate the Micro-Course use of rural primary school teachers and discuss how to promote the application of Micro-Course to rural primary school teachers.Questionnaires were issued to all teachers in a rural primary school in Longhua County.Through the study of the questionnaires,we understand the situation of teachers using Micro-Course and the problems encountered in the process of using Micro-Course.At the same time,three teachers of different ages were selected to conduct in-depth interviews.Through the survey,the main findings were identified:1.The age structure of rural primary school teachers is seriously polarized,it is mainly composed of old teachers over the age of 50 and new Special post teachers.2.The main reason why the old teachers in rural primary schools do not use Micro-Course is that the teachers themselves can not operate computers and other equipments or they can't make Micro-Course;The teaching method tends to the traditional teaching style.3.The main reason why the newly recruited special post teachers do not use micro courses are:They do not understand the role of Micro-course and production methods without training and learning;Getting or making Micro-course takes up too much personal time off.4.Rural primary schools are limited by the conditions,the lack of equipment for the production and use of Micro-Course is also an important factor affecting the use of Micro-Course by rural primary school teachers.In order to promote rural primary school teachers to apply Micro-Course,The following suggestions are given in this study:1.Rural primary school teachers should strengthen the study of theory and technology to understand the Micro-Course correctly.2.Balance urban and rural educational resources,improve the primary school teachers in rural areas to transport more young teachers to rural primary schools.3.Increase investment in rural education costs and improve rural primary school teaching equipment.4.Increase Micro-Course publicity and promotion efforts,expand the intensity and scope of Micro-Course training.
