In recent years,with the development of urbanization,the number of students in rural areas has been decreasing,and the size of schools and classes has also become smaller.At the same time,the primary school teachers in rural areas are aging,single knowledge structure,relatively insufficient quantity and uneven quality,which seriously restrict the healthy and orderly development of rural basic education and further increase the gap between urban and rural areas.Based on the reality of rural basic education in China and the training experience of foreign primary school teachers,the concept of rural primary school general teachers emerged at the historic moment.In 2012,the ministry of education issued the "opinions on vigorously promoting the construction of rural compulsory teachers",which clearly put forward the guidance opinions on the free and directional training of rural primary school general teachers.Since then,a upsurge of general teachers training has been set off across the country.Chongqing actively responded to the national call,formulated the implementation opinions on the training of general teachers in rural primary schools in 2013,and began to recruit students for the first time that year.After four years of professional training in primary education(general teachers),the first batch of graduates in 2017 entered the workplace.With the proposal and implementation of the policy for general teachers in rural primary schools,experts and scholars in the field of teacher education have also carried out a large number of studies on this subject and achieved fruitful results.But through data analysis can be found that after the current research is more concentrated Yu Quanke teacher's connotation,necessity,training,etc.,there is few research about general after teachers,further research in this respect will be the development of general practice teaching,the improvement of the policy,pre-service training,after training is ofgreat significance.This study based on analysis of existing related information,taking chongqing as an example,geared to the needs of rural primary school teachers,through the self-made questionnaire,interview method,around the general teachers' knowledge structure,teaching skills,professional identity,career development four aspects to investigate,collect a wealth of data and analysis,found the general problems existing in the teacher's teaching and carried out analysis,puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting the general teacher's teaching.Through the investigation,it is found that the teaching of general practitioners has certain advantages.Second,comprehensive knowledge is relatively rich;Thirdly,multidisciplinary teaching ability is stronger;Fourth,drive the comprehensive reform of school teaching;Fifth,promote the all-round development of students.Some problems in teaching are also found and analyzed.First,the knowledge structure of general teachers needs to be improved;Secondly,the teaching skills of general teachers need to be improved;Third,the professional identity of general teachers is not high;Third,the career development of general practitioners teachers is limited.According to the different subjects of responsibility,this study puts forward corresponding Suggestions from the aspects of government guarantee,college training,school support and teachers themselves.In terms of government security,the government should establish a mechanism for guaranteeing financial funds,appropriately expand the scale of general practitioners,strictly set the threshold for their recruitment,reform the current examination system,and create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.In terms of college training,the curriculum should be designed to highlight the "length of one major",and practical courses should be targeted and appropriately extended.In terms of school support,theassessment and evaluation system for general practitioners should be improved,the professional development space of general practitioners should be improved,the placement of general practitioners should be properly arranged,the infrastructure construction of rural primary schools should be improved,and the multi-subject combination should be reasonably arranged.On the individual side,teachers should establish the educational belief rooted in the countryside,embody the teaching concept of general education,make appropriate career development plans,strengthen self-reflection consciousness and ability,and strengthen the study of subject expertise and skills.
